I used to like this McDonalds. I stopped yesterday & got a Big Mac & a double cheeseburger. The meat was literally very dark & crispy. There were no onions in either sandwich. I ordered at a kiosk & got no receipt so had no idea what my number was & I waited over 20 minutes for 2 burgers. Then another lady came in & said she'd been parked at the drive thru waiting area for 20 minutes. The girl says we're busy. This was my sons fries in his happy meal and one they were rude when ordering saying no extra fries to replace the apples and two she wants me to bring it back up there where she can just void the transaction. What happened to good customer service??
