Worst establishment I have every been to in my entire life man came in tonight October 13 2024 Asked for ketchup, front counter girl ignored the guy multiple times, man reached over and just grabbed it himself no big deal next thing u know cops show up escorting them out like criminals very disgusted with treatment of elderly in this establishment then some young punk cop Barney five looking looser showed up very rude. I cancelled my order and walked out I going share this with as many people I can. Disgusted with this behavior. Counter worker and manager should be ashamed of how they handled it. If I could have got the cops badge number I would be at the there office tomorrow morning

Stopped by my sister-in-laws house in Mims tonight and decided to take our sweet dog, Duncan, for a pup-cup at McDonald's on hwy 46. (We usually take him to the one on Garden Street, or to Dunkin Donuts) We made a purchase and requested a pup cup. Usually you have to ask at the window. They REFUSED give him one. They REFUSED to sell us one. They said they aren't allowed per their General Manager named Stephanie. How ridiculous is that? 🙄 They said they are not allowed to put whipped cream into a cup, even if we pay for it.
We weren't about to leave with a disappointed and heart broken dog, it's not his fault 😔 💔. So we ordered and paid for an ice cream in a cup and requested whipped cream on that. Now THAT they were finally "allowed" to do. 🙄
Stephanie, you'll be getting a call tomorrow. Ridiculous.

This lady at the window was a heavy set young girl said it was a waste of her time to make our drinks and food. If McDonald’s wasn’t already crap food, yall got worst attitude, food was cold, and service was as worthless as their paycheck

After a 4 minute wait at the drive up speaker. I went in. I ordered on the kiosk. My order didn't come because no one was around to take my money. A 15 minute wait for a Mcmuffin.
This is by far the worst Mc.D EVER!!!! You might as well just park directly into a spot, you will NEVER get your food at the window. Not to mention you ALWAYS have to check your order before you leave because 90% it will be WRONG!!!

Always slow. No one here and I was asked to pull to the drive thru parking spots. No reason. Took 10 minutes more to get food and it was awful.

If the ice machine doesn’t work..tell the customer. There is a gas station across the street that they could be buying if. The fountain drinks are hot. Told me to pull up to the waiting area then forgot to bring my food.
