So disappointed in my experience today. I pulled in behind one car around 2 pm. There were 2 employees at the window having what looked like a counseling session w the occupants of the car ahead of me. I sat there for 5 minutes. No products were handed to the people, no payments being made, just this in-depth conversation, a lot of empathetic head nods and definitely no acknowledgement of me sitting and waiting. I don't mind friendly interactions but when there is a drive-through line, there should also be a focus on moving folks along. After 5 minutes I finally backed up and left. I drove out of the parking lot and went to the traffic light. While I was sitting at the light, I noticed the same car sitting at the window and another car had now pulled up behind it. I don't know when that first car arrived, but by the time the light changed, it had been at least 10 minutes since I had gotten in line. This is the second time I have sat behind a car at this location where at that time a long conversation was underway. They were not waiting for an order because no transactions occurred while I sat there. I managed to wait that time. Did not have the patience today.

Coffee with a side of Sunshine and Smiles from the staff ? today I tried their added Protein in my hot Blondie coffee which is derived from organic fermented brown rice evidently that gives 20g of protein and it actually tastes great with the notes of caramel in my coffee. Totally recommended!! Did I mention how Positive the vibes are with their coffee and staff?! The top of my cup even had a little sticker that said "you are strong" ? ❤️ incredible way to start my day and TGIF ?

i’m not sure the name of the girl who was working DT today around 2:00 today but she genuinely was the sweetest and service was super fast- i just moved in the area from ohio and have been super unmotivated but it was very refreshing to see someone be so friendly to a complete stranger and i really appreciate it

Printers where down could not get a receipt they sent me a text to a blank link still no receipt. Check the app and it just say the location you went to no price or receipt smh
