Although I arrived at the drive-thru on thanksgiving day 2024 at approximately 1:00 PM the staff didn't seem to be bothered at all by working through the holiday. Jadyn at the drive-thru window even handed me the drink that I had ordered and asked that I give it a taste to ensure that it wasn't just seltzer knowing that the machine was empty the day before. My drink was indeed tasteless and she offered to pour me a different one. Truly a wonderful experience and worth the time of writing this review. If at all possible please make sure to congratulate her for the amazing hospitality and mindful empathy, the world should definitely see more of Jadyn.

Locked the doors at 9:00pm after we entered. No one at the cash register. Totally focused on drive-through orders only. The employees were upset that we were there waiting there for service. What happened to your inside service? You've definitely lost my loving of McDonald's

It’s absolutely ridiculous how I went to the lane the girl already had an attitude and my food wasn’t correct at all. I asked for a McDouble with no pickle add lettuce add mayo. There’s pickle on it with no mayo no lettuce. Asked for honey mustard gave me barbecue. IReally🙄. And they wanted to fire me for my behavior😂 Yall need major improvement. This happened around 2:00

It's not normal, I have a hamburger without a pickle, little sauce and they didn't do what I said, they added a pickle and a lot of sauce and fried the hamburger and the fries.

Kiosk will not accept credit cards. Getting someone to come to the counter so you can pay takes way too long. For a "fast food" restaurant it is too long of a wait.

When you are traveling and you go through the drive thru, you are down the road before you realize your order is wrong. Of course, you don't turn around but it is very aggravating! Not a happy camper.

I went to this McDonald and I go there at least 2-3 times a week. So much that the cashier recognizes me. I always order the same menu, becuz that is only wat I can order. A fish meal.And shakes. I have 2 kiddos, 4 yr old and a 1 yr old. My 4 yr old asked me for the toy, that comes with the happy meal. Unfortunately he can’t eat beef or chicken due to religious reasons; therefore, I can’t order the happy meal. I kindly asked the cashier if my son can have a toy. She smiles and nicely said yes. Let them know at the next window. When I got to the next window, the girl called her mgr. and the manager said No. they can’t give my 4 yr old the toy. I will have to buy it separately. I was very surprised of her reply. I spend more money than the happy meal. I give them business at least 2/3 times a week, still she said that. I m really ashamed of this big company McDonald, who will actually treat their regular customers like that. It’s like if I ordered a happy meal, I get the toy for free. But if I can’t eat the happy meal and I m spending more money on. Fish combo and shakes then I can’t have the toy. Even though it’s due to religious reasons. In that situation, I will have to buy the toy. Money is not the point, the point is the lack of service. I wish I asked the manger name. But it was a Spanish lady. And my order was around 12:20pm.
