12 dollars for 2 McGriddles. Not the meals just 2 chicken McGriddles. Untill the dollar menu is a dollar again I’m done with McDonalds. Price was so high I just drove away.

I placed an order through the app. After giving my app code in drive thru, I had to wait 35 minutes for my food. When I finally get my food, my order was wrong and cold....very disappointing. I understand it was busy, but my order was wrong

THIS PLACE IS GREAT. they are almost never short staffed. Get served in under 2 minutes if it's not a VERY busy day. The design is easy to get in to and easy to grab food. Workers will fix issues if needed.

I ordered my kids their dinner, and i ordered a McChicken Meal with a four piece and a small fry, and one more four piece. Needless to say, i only got half of that order. They gave me a McDouble instead of a McChicken, they gave me the fries and the nuggets that came with that meal, but they didn’t give me any of the sauce i ordered, and they didn’t give me the extra four piece i paid for.

I ordered a frappe through the app. Upon arrival I was told the machine was being cleaned therefore it was not available. The lady in the drive thru today 5.14.25 just before 10 am is RUDE and this is not the first. The service is slow because I was stuck in the drive through after this interaction. I wanted another option and she disregarded me by turning away and continuing her on the headset. After this, I will never return to this location bc of the lack of customer service. The drive thru associate should be approachable and at least offer other options. This is a lasting impression that I will spread to the community.
