I cannot say enough good things about Bosforo Restaurant. My wife and I are visiting Destin from DC, and were looking for a superior Mediterranean eatery tonight, and can trulely say we definietly found it. My wife's Branzino and my Chicken Picatto were out this world😋😋💯 The service was so great, and we will be coming back as soon as possible.

Recommend that the whole fish be served at the table, but assist in having it filet. Sometimes customers do not know how to cut into a whole fish.

This spot was an absolute delight! You can tell a lot of thought went into every dish—each one was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The cocktails were some of the best I’ve had in the area, and the overall experience was top-notch. Can’t wait to come back!

We walked in for drinks on a Friday. The bar had no one sitting at it. We asked if we could sit there and the bartender said yes. He gave us water and menus. Then he left. We thought he was running drinks to other tables and would return. He did not. One other person asked if we had been waited on, and we said Yes, thinking the bartender was coming back. We sat there for a good 20-30 mins and left.
The restaurant had open seating everywhere. They seemed under staffed. In my opinion, a restaurant with that ambiance and price point should have a plethora of staff.

When we walked in I felt we were stepping into a delicious restaurant in Turkey. From the decor, to the aromas, we were taken back to Kuşadasi, one of our favorite places.
Let’s start with the espresso martini; divine.
For apps we splurged & got the dates, arancini, beet salad & Cretan Mash. The Cretan Mash was my favorite, but it was all excellent.
I’m not much of a meat eater so I ordered the scallops & homemade pasta. I admit, I’ve never had scallops cooked to this tender perfection, with the perfect sear & will have a hard time eating them elsewhere. We also got the lamb shank. It was obviously slowed cooked with expertise. The tender shank was presented in polenta mash with red sauce & a pesto topper. It was hard to stop eating.
Lastly, the Key Lime Pie was served. It is brilliantly made with a gluten free walnut crust & topped with toasted cream dollops. It wasn’t too sweet or too tart. We cleaned this plate!
Aside from the amazing food, the service is impeccable. The host/server/buser/bartender is the loving owner of this incredible establishment & works hard alongside his devoted staff.

Food was delicious & our waiter was so kind. I definitely loved the vibes it took a while for our food to get to us but it was so worth it. Definitely enjoyed our experience as a local I will be coming back more often!! :)

Service, food, interior was all wonderful. We enjoyed our meal, started off with delicious burrata salad, for main course ordered whole snapper, branzini, grilled salmon and chicken piccata. Everything was delicious. I think the is the best Mediterranean restaurant in Destin so far! Definitely, will be back!
