I was craving a chocolate malt really bad Saturday 9/20/25, night. I went in about 9pm and the young man that was in there, I believe his name was Jalen (?). I asked him if they made malts and he was a bit confused about what it was and after I explained it was a shake with powdered malt in it, he said they didn’t have any. I thanked him and walked out. I was almost to my car and he came running out to stop me and tell me he found the malt!! I went back in and he made me a chocolate malt! It was so delicious and definitely hit the spot. It would’ve been so easy to just let me go and I would’ve never known any different, but he went out of his way to look for the malt and then chase after me and I just wanted someone to know what a great job he did! Thanks (and so sorry if I got your name wrong, I’m terrible with names) 🩵 Great job going above and beyond!!

Store was clean &we'll stocked. Only saw 1 person on site.
We bought 2 PINTS of ice cream & spent $25. We will not stop here again. I understand that prices have gone up exponentially but $12.50 for a pint of ice cream is a bit extreme. I understand overhead & labor but as I stated, there was only 1 person in the store. We love Ben & Jerrys but we won't be purchasing it at their store anymore.

We had a great experience led by Chase who was very friendly, welcoming, and patient with us as we deliberated what flavor to choose.

The workers were really nice and patient as my friends and I trued to decide the flavor we wanted to go with. The place was clean.

Who doesn’t love ice cream by the beach?

It says online they close on Sat and Sun at 11 but they closed at 10pm. You should update your hours online

They are so nice and we ran in 5 minutes before they closed and they did not act bothered by it. We hurried out because we knew they were closing but they were nice about it. Lots of flavor options

We come to the Destin area 5-6 times a year and always stop in for ice cream. The shop is always clean and the staff are always pleasant.

Amazing!! They have so many fun flavors and limited edition flavors that are hard to find!! I was so excited seeing that they had this shop so close to where we were staying and the only down side is I wish they would clean the store more often… We noticed many spills and stains not being cleaned after people left. Overall good experience
