I knew the ice cream itself would be great, it’s Ben and Jerry’s after all. I’m writing a review because my husband and I visited both nights we stayed in Destin and both nights the employees were very friendly. The two guys working the evening of 10/14 and the people working the evening of 10/15 were all super friendly. I appreciate a business with nice staff. Thanks y’all for the pleasant service!

Here on vacation and the store was clean, staff was friendly, and I love that there were at least 4 dairy-free options to choose from. I got the strawberry cheesecake and it was so so good!!

Good ice cream but $18 for two single scoops of ice cream???!!!! Ridiculous! Thank you Biden for the lousy economy. Addition to post. We walked in and looked at the flavors not the prices because we were just getting a scoop. I ordered Triple chocolate crunch and husband ordered Blonde caramel and we said 1 scoop in a cup. When the cashier told us $17.@@ I asked him if that was correct. He kind of mumbled and said something like”yea prices are ….” The ice cream is excellent and we have had it at the headquarters in Vermont. We are used to price increases but that amount seemed really high but we were in a pricey tourist area. We paid it and enjoyed our ice cream. I did not contact you because Google Reviews are available and I’m glad I got your attention so you can look into what cashier made a mistake.

Claimed they had no milk to make a milkshake. Employee was rude and side eyed us when we tried to order one.

Very welcoming group of employees today. Our son has a peanut and tree nut allery. The employees went above and beyond to make sure we knew what he could have. Also, very aware of not having cross contamination.
Also as a parent with a dairy allergy myself I often don't get ice cream with his restrictions, but they have non dairy options also!!!

It's hard to go wrong when you know what you're getting. With Ben & Jerry's that's always the case. We didn't plan to come here, but we saw the sign and decided to detour.

I had the mango ice cream, which is one of their newest flavors as of May 2024. It was SO good. Creamy, refreshing, delicious, tasted like a ripe mango, delicately balanced with a swirl of creamy vanilla. Neither flavor was overpowering nor competing with the other.

Parking was easy. They had some souvenirs in the shop. We went during the week and were the only ones there until we were leaving. So I imagine it was their slow day/ time.

Staff was friendly; we commiserated on the loss of some of our favorite flavors.

Kid-friendliness: It's ice cream, and therefore the most kid friendly place ever.
