Coffee and handmade sodas were awesome, that’s why we wanted to come here. So s/o to the barista. Food was great too. So was service. Plating looked really nice. I’m giving 4 stars cuz it just didn’t have that flare to get to 5. We had the eggs Benedict. Potato’s were the best part!

Fun lunch experience beginning with a unique berry drink then a delicious turkey on ciabatta with potatoes that covered the entire dinner plate. Would love to return for breakfast. Their menu is varied, inventive, and so out if the ordinary it is an exciting addition to the food scene in Sandestin. Portions are huge and service was efficient.

I had a horrible experience. The waitress would never come to my table (waited almost and hour to get my food). The food tasted old and had what looked like a hair. I called the manager and she acted like she didn't know what was going on around her. 0/10 do not recommend

The restaurant is gorgeous and very appealing with it's decor and atmosphere. The food looks outstanding and the drinks look interesting. However we never got try any of the food or drinks as we were seated and then were not approached by a waiter or server for 20 minutes.Tables were after us and then promptly served their drinks and orders taken but we were still not taken care of. We ended up leaving without ordering and hope to try again in the future when they improve their service.

Beware the Bristology. Drove past this many times, and wife and I stopped in today for breakfast, and it was a bad experience. The bad experience started with cold black coffee, then a terrible cup for the coffee, never did get any hot black coffee, we had food on our silverware that never got cleaned, pancakes/waffles were cold when delivered to table after a long wait (the customers beside us had an even worse experience) and to top it off, breakfast for the two of us was over $40, I paid in cash, and when I got my bill I noticed I was charged for the use of a credit card. Beware the Bristology. The place has some cool items as ambiance, but terrible service, no one checked our table or even cared if we had what we needed, and the food was well below average, should have went to the Donut Hole or Waffle House.

The waitress was so wholesome & friendly! (Carmen) The food was so delicious that my husband scraped his plate clean. The drinks are so aesthetically pleasing & flavorful that I ordered 1 too many.
Excellent food, great attention from the employees and owners. I recommend it 10,000 percent, only “MC OSCAR.”

Nicholas our server was outstanding! He took such great care of us.The food appearance was superb! The Nutella coffee was truly amazing!Odd, there weren't any paper menus available. A QR code is how you view the menu. For pics of the food, id recommend looking at door dash website, for there are no pics on the QR code menu. The only complaint I had was that my wife's stuffed croissant was very dry. It didn't come with a suggested sauce or dip. Great place though.
