Came for the chicken, but the bathroom gave me PTSD. Someone treated the toilet like it was a Picasso painting — crap splattered everywhere like art gone wrong. There was so much blood on the footrest and sink, I half-expected a CSI team to show up. And the best part? I came for breakfast so the place just opened! Either their cleaning crew is on permanent lunch break, or the chicken’s so spicy it’s causing bathroom riots. Next time I’m bringing hazmat gear or just skipping the bathroom and holding it like a champ. Five stars for the unexpected horror show, zero stars for anything resembling cleanliness.

The franchise owner, Mike Ricks, is at the root of all problems with the manner in which this Chick-fil-a location operates on a daily basis, while failing to represent the brand’s reputation of excellence. He pride’s himself in being “absentee” from his business, with the exception of stopping by long enough to criticize, condescend, and ridicule those who are serving his chicken. Visit his restaurant during any major holiday or busy season and he is nowhere to be found, instead utilizing those crucial times to go on extended vacations only to return and reprimand those who suffered through it for not keeping his high standards of operation-the same standards he isn't the one setting the example to follow. His business practices do not allow for a loyal employee base and as a result, he cannot survive any sort of sales volume without employing an immense amount of Jamaican contract workers, who will suffer through his tantrums any day for the almighty American dollar. In 2024, he was investigated and found guilty of violating federal labor laws with respect to minor aged employees. He works for and represents a faith-based company and sits on a church pew every Sunday purely for business marketing reasons, but fails miserably at “walking the walk". Mike’s greed does not allow him the ability to put first the moral ethics that Chick-fil-a stands for. This “man of God” had no problem condoning his “married with kids” kitchen director having an affair with a cashier, no matter how much drama it brought other employees working along-side them or customers and taking place in what is recognized as a faith-based company, as long as they both were serving chicken at some point, in between making out sessions. He respects and values his local customers by increasing menu prices by at least 10 percent from Memorial Day through Labor Day every year, along with Black Friday weekend of course, for that’s his version of “giving back to his local community”. At the end of the day, despite the sign in front of this restaurant, it is NOT a Chick-fil-a.

Terrible experience. Stopped in to grab a warm bowl of chicken noodle soup on the way home on a cold night to find out they ran out supposedly 30 minutes before they closed. It's either poor planning and/or supply ordering on management or a lazy staff. Had to sit in the drive-through line for 15 more minutes to get out to go to another chick fe la down the road. I will not be back.

Yesterday was my first time trying Chick-fil-A, and I was eager to see what the hype was about. Visiting from Canada, we don’t have many locations up north, so I was excited to experience it firsthand. We went to the Destin Miramar location, and not only was the food beyond my expectations, but the service was absolutely outstanding.

Jakob, the employee at the cash register, went above and beyond to make my first visit special. From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly welcoming and eager to ensure we had a great experience. He offered several fantastic recommendations, all of which we decided to try and were thoroughly impressed by. His knowledge of the menu was great, and his enthusiasm was awesome. Jakob’s friendly and personable attitude made a lasting impression, and it's rare to encounter such genuine customer service.

It’s clear that Jakob takes great pride in his work, and it truly made my visit memorable. I’ll definitely remember my first Chick-fil-A experience, and I can’t wait to return. The combination of great food and outstanding service from employees like Jakob is exactly why Chick-fil-A has such a loyal following. Looking forward to coming back soon!

We did not receive what we paid for the night we came through the drive thru. However, I called the next day to voice my complaint and the Owner made it right with no hesitation. No one is perfect, mistakes happen, we are all human, and I appreciate the owner for acknowledging me and my family of 4 .

The WORST chic-fil-a hands down. Every time you come here the workers have the worst attitudes. The service is absolutely horrible and the food is not so great.. The girl in the drive-thru decided to use gods name in vain, out loud, publicly. I had a problem with my order and she says “Oh my goddddd Ashley can you deal with this girl” and proceeds to walk away. Imagine working for an organization who values Christian beliefs and roots and boldly using gods name in vain. Disgusting and inappropriate behavior, they should feel embarrassed. They need to do better.

Garbage was over flowing guests were having to push down other peoples trash to make room. Tables were not being wiped down and were quite filthy. Compared to other locations they seemed under staffed.
