It wasn’t there. Drive all around the plaza and nothing. I even called abs the number was disconnected. I Just You all to know so you’ll not waste your time looking for it like we did. Lol. The pizza in the pic looks good though!
Great pizza, we had this while we were waiting for our boat tour to start.
I want crazy about the food unfortunately. To much pork products in everything! So if you don't eat pork, forget it. The atmosphere was very nice though.
We stopped lastnight AS they were closing/closed. I believe they closed at 8:30pm but Google said 11, so we stopped..Without hesitation the waitress took us (party of 7) but I felt so bad because we didn't realize they were closing. Our waitress so sweet (I didn't catch her name but she was blonde!) service was great! Food came out quick and was piping hot and delicious!Someone mentioned they didn't have bathrooms....but they definitely do.
Good pizza, not great. Handy location
Great pizza and salad. Adults sat at one table and kids at another. Server was good with us all. Only restaurant during our trip that had tables spaced out due to COVID - not busy - but still people there. Would eat at again on next trip. Kids favorite meal of the trip.
After I waited 15 minutes for my sweet tea I thought about walking out. I should’ve went with my first instincts. The service was probably some of the worst service I’ve ever had in my life. The most disappointing part was the food was worse than the service. I couldn’t even finish half of it, it was so disgusting! I had to go get my own napkins, the waitress never came and asked me how it was. Now I know why! If you don’t mind eating cardboard and waiting a long time for it, it’s a great place.$17 for a pile of garbage.
Had good service but the taste of the food was not worth the price. Also they don't have restrooms which is horrible when you have children
The food was expensive I didn't think it was very good either. We were served on paper plates and for three people it was over 90 dollers. The service was ok our waitress was friendly but new to the job. I would not recommend eating here
Love this place, pizza took a little longer, but if you want fresh to order, takes a bit longer. Pizza dough was so fresh, soft on the inside with just the right crisp on the outside. Custom toppings excellent and tasty. Felt sorry for waitress, as she was the only one waiting tables both inside and out. Area is having a tough time finding wait help. Take your patience, kick back and relax.

A year ago when I visited, the ortolano pizza was about the best I’ve eaten inYears! Today, when I ordered the same pizza, the dough was old so it didn’t raise; it was dry and hard and tasteless; pitiful amount of sauce—couldn’t even taste the sauce & the ingredients which were supposed to be tomatoes, spinach & artichokes; almost invisible! 1 bite of artichoke for one large pizza slice—wish I had taken a picture caused it even looked pitiful!! Bad pizza —never ate such a tasteless pizza !!!! —no toppings—you’ll be disappointed if you eat pizza here on a Tuesday afternoon!! Never come back!! And I’m a reviewer—I will tell my friends not to come here!!!
We arrived at 7:10 and the place looked closed because the chairs were leaned onto the tables. We asked the crew if they were closed and the cook in the back said yes. We love to eat pizza here when we vacation in Destin. We were so excited to share our experience with family and then we were sent away. The employees were not welcoming and didn’t want to serve us. Such a disappointment!
My fiancé’s family has ate here multiple times. Every time they visit Destin, they eat here. They talked about Ciao Bella for days leading up to vacation and even more once we got here. They were extremely excited to share this ‘amazing’ food with me. We showed up at 7:10pm, the website says they close at 8:30pm. We walked inside and chairs were on the table and everything was cleaned. I asked the chef, whom I could see through the kitchen window, if they were closed. He look me straight on and shook his head yes. I mentioned that we didn’t think they closed until 8:30pm and he ignored me. The host then comes from the back and we asked him if they were closed. He said he had to check....when he came back he was unsure what to do. He asked how many were in our party, we said 7. But by this time, we were fed up. We decided not to stay. We didn’t want to eat somewhere we didn’t feel welcomed. I will not return. We ate at Fat Clemenzas. The service was absolutely amazing and food was delicious.
A great place to dine if you are in the vicinity or tired shopping. I have tried the Gyro yesterday and it was delicious, my husband opted to go healthy with blackened salmon salad and he loved it! We have been here twice and the first time i tried the calamari and my husband went for clams linguini. It was amazing, in short you are not gonna regret dining at this italian place. Not to forget the servers were amazing , polite and friendly.
This place is an absolute disaster. The staff is rude and treat customers like they're herding cattle. That aside, the food is atrocious. I've never had pizza so bad in my entire life. It was comparable to a soft saltine cracker with bland sauce and cheese. I mean I can't even believe I'm writing this review. Just all around a huge waste of money; I'd rather eat Domino's.
