Amazing and quick staff!!! They were able to accommodate me with my pecan cinnamon roll (which is really good) and warm it up for me before indulging in it.

Absolutely lovely staff, were kind and detail oriented. Took the time to take my order and advise me if there was to be a wait. Food is typically always fresh and ready for pick up unless ordering a special treat, of which the staff will explain the wait time. Pricings are reasonable given the location. Would highly recommend and will be going back.

Closed the doors at 7:47 even thought it doesn’t close til 8pm change your hours if your not gonna stay open til 8pm. Super lazy staff. If I owned the shop I would make sure my employees stayed open til the time it says. People drive far for this stuff.

This team does not care about their clients. They charge over $2 for a cup of water and refuse to refill it. Absolute joke and rude when addressing the conversation. The ladies even mocked the situation despite the request being logical in every other location I’ve been to through the country. Charging for a cup of water was one thing, to then learn is was a local decision fueled me need to warn shoppers of this ridiculous local policy.

Nope 👎 not the same ones you’re accustomed to. Flat, pale colored, hardly any cinnamon filling and needed extra icing. Almost $10 later, just save your money. These are canned rolls at best.

Do yourself a favor and save your money! We were so happy to see a Cinnabon open up here locally in Miramar Beach. However, after tonight’s visit it will be our last at this location. It was getting late in the day and the pedestrian traffic had slowed considerably, it appeared that the Cinnabon’s had been sitting out a while and the icing had melted off of the few that were left. So my wife asked if they could please put some more icing on them and the young man replied “ No, that he couldn’t and that he would get in trouble if he did”. Then he proceeded to tell us that we could purchase more for an extra $1.50 in these little sample cups that they had filled and stacked next to the buns. I thought this was absurd seeing that this location already charges $8.00 a piece for each one, considerably more than any other location that we have ever visited. Really bummed because we are residents here in this little tourist town and would have visited year around.
