Cosmos Robo Diner

Disappointed. (Took the family to Florida for the holiday.) Thought the robot feature would be cool for the kids. Find out, NEW owner, NO ROBOT!!!!! Very expensive. $74 for 2 kids burgers and 2 classic buger meal. Nothing added, nothing special. Very disappointing. It's not Cosmos anymore!!!! False advertisement.

First the name is no longer Cosmos Robos Diner. The restaurant is very small, humid, and messy. The food is very over priced for the quality and quantity. We went after looking for a restaurant with the "robots". The robots delivered our food but it was covered with fingerprints and first went to the wrong table. The robot was playing "diner" music as it should I have been but there was loud (not family friendly) music playing in the background. It was not a good experience. Leaving spending over $100 and we were not impressed at all.

Small portions for way too much money. Believe it's under new management from last year when we came. The boba was watered down. Manager tried to help but the damage was done already.

The food was GARBAGE. Tastes like it was microwaved three times over and disgustingly overpriced to do so. Robot that everyone raves about was nowhere to be found. They were out of half their menu. We used to LOVE this diner and it definitely is not worth another look!

We ordered mozzarella sticks and they were literally the frozen mozzarella sticks with ZERO flavor that go in an oven for almost $10. That was insane, the food was insanely bland and just not good for the price. My brother in law ordered a 10” corndog and they “didn't have it so they brought 2- 5 inch corndogs” but these corndogs were maybe 3 inches each and obviously cheap little frozen corndogs. When we paid we had a “to go” fee yet we ate and dined there but they claim “they have to charge that” unsure if thats true but thats just not right considering we ate there. Over $80 for an overall horrible meal and just basic experience.

I have tasted many things here - from quesadillas, fried shrimp, burgers, Bobba Tea all excellent. And the most affordable and kid friendly place in Sandestin!!! Locally owned Ken!!

Came but they weren’t open and no sign on the door. There were different restaurant menus outside, so maybe they aren’t open any more.

this place was terrible. the decorations were really odd and didn’t fit together. the lady who took our order was really nice, but taking our order took a while because she had to put the order in on some weird phone looking thing and had to scroll through the whole menu to select the food we wanted. they had a little robot that delivered the food, but it took more time than someone just brining out the food. the food was way overpriced and tasted terrible. the mac and cheese was $8 for a little thing of it and i’m pretty sure it was just noodles with nacho cheese. gross. the fried chicken was fine but just tasted like normal fried chicken you could get anywhere. made our stomachs hurt afterwards. my little sister had to go home because she was sick. TERRIBLE restaurant. DO NOT EAT HERE.

The food and atmosphere is not good at all and it is extremely overpriced. You’re better off going to a higher end restaurant, paying less and eating far better quality food.

First of all, I just want to say that my actual food was amazing. I got shrimp tacos and fries and they had the best seasoning. However, I got Thai tea boba and the tapioca was good but the tea it self had almost no flavor. I also was able to try the strawberry tea though and it was phenomenal! Super sweet in a good way and very flavorful. The atmosphere was kind of disjointed though, I understand that they are in the middle of the rebrand but having the entire restaurant being a different name then what’s on the menu was kind of weird. As always the robot was awesome and really fun and the waiters were nice.

the staff was super sweet!! but i wouldn't recommend, maybe if you're coming to get the boba or shakes. we paid $72 for 2 burgers, a chicken sandwich and two drinks. drinks were amazing, the food honestly tasted like something you'd get a sonic but triple the price and wasn't good at all. i got the chili cheese fries and they were disgusting. we were really looking forward to coming here, but wont recommend or return. we all were in bed so sick after eating it. the place was filthy, our table wasn’t wiped off before sitting, we dont know if we got sick from the food maybe being cross contaminated.

Really good place your food is delivered on a robot there chicken sandwich is the best I've ever had and there cosmos sauce is super good
