Here for the week and my boyfriend is a Dunkin coffee guy. So we’ve done the drive through a few times. I consider myself a bit of a Dunkin blueberry muffin connoisseur. And this DD is on point with its BB muffins. Plenty of sugar on top. Crispy top late r soft but not mushy inside. Absolutely perfect. You’d be surprised how many DD shops get the BB muffin so very wrong. Not this one. So yum.

The owner was there, waiting on customers. He is a very pleasant, accommodating and friendly gentleman who takes pride in his store and runs a clean establishment. We will frequent this location throughout our winter stay.

Gentleman was nice at the window but the food was not edible. If you are from up north an expect the coffee to taste the same (simple caramel swirl iced coffee) it doesn’t better off making your own coffee, big waste of time and money

Stood there while three employees took care of carside that was not busy that much, they never even said good morning welcome to Dunkin . We stood there for five minutes and nothing. This is a poor location very poor location.

Absolutely horrendous customer service by someone in the drive thru window. It was an African American gentleman. He didn’t give me his name. When I first got there, he demanded me to come in to browse because I said “ Can I please get a few seconds to look?” Absolutely the worst customer service ever at dunkin donuts. He essentially threw the food at me in the window and looked extremely angry. Didn’t give us any napkins when I specifically asked for them. Both of our sandwiches were completely burned. Overall, the most terrible experience in a restaurant. I will never come back to dunkin donuts.

On of the worst and slower service I ever experienced, was in the drive up for 40 minutes on 09/01/2024 That is not the first time , staff have no personality and so slow, don’t care about the customers. I’ve been going to Dunkin’ for years , this location is one of the worst I’ve ever seen Some one in your corporate should know!!!!

Kiosk ordering only made it difficult to order. They were out of multiple items but that information wasn’t disclosed on the kiosk and slowed everything down. Our order was prepared incorrectly multiple times and the donuts were stale. A very busy location and unfortunately quality suffered.

Only skim milk and rude people. I see why they are closing locations if they keep this kind of service up. They need to up their services and be like the new coffee places popping up everywhere. Take note.. friendly smiling faces and having products available. DUTCH Bro or 7Brew need this location, they would be perfect for the beach vibes around there
The drinks were fine. The staff is just not welcoming. There is a lady who handed us our drinks with an attitude, didn’t even say thank you. Just not a nice atmosphere.

Stopped here on our way out of town and boy! What a struggle! Food was just ok. The workers were nice though, but they could obviously benefit from some training.
