Worst location I’ve ever been to. Get pulled up everytime for literally a coffee. Waited 30 minutes yesterday for two coffees and eventually had to go inside and wasn’t even ready. Got parked today for a bagel and egg bites waited again and they didn’t even put the bagel in the bag. Wasn’t even worth going back for. Not to mention the lady who walked it out didn’t say one word and basically threw it at me. Awful!

We came here twice during our time in Florida and both times were asked to pull forward to wait on them to bring the items out. To add to it, nobody was even behind us in line to make this make sense. The drinks were fine, but one visit we waited 10 minutes for 2 meal items and 2 drinks. I would skip this location and visit on with better service.

Love the kiosk-only ordering system and even though I had my heart set on CinnaBon this was a great secondary option. The donuts were delicious and the fullfiment super fast, even this late in the day. Not the cleanest lobby on the Emerald Coast but it's was understandable do to staffing.

Carla took our order at the front counter, grabbed all of our donuts for us, made all four of our drinks for us AND THEN walked over to drive through and apologized to the car for the delay and started taking their order. She was not the only employee in the store yet it seemed like it. Great initiative from Carla and she had it going all in a timely manner. Give her a raise and maybe give a lesson on work ethic to the others. Thanks Carla we notice you! (Five stars for Carla)
Manager and workers are a joke. Can't even make the order right when they have the ticket in their face. All of my food was made wrong and drinks had grounds in it.

I’m a Dasher that picks up orders here all the time. The new staff is awesome but the fact that they run out of donuts quite often is extremely disappointing. Whoever runs this store needs to do a better job. You shouldn’t run out of half of your donuts by 9:30 in the morning. Summer is here, the busiest time of the year and your staff should be better equipped with everything they need to get things done in a timely fashion. If you have happier staff then you have happier customers which means better reviews.

By far the worst Dunkin experience I have ever had. It took me over 30 minutes to receive my food. A basic sandwich and a basic ice coffee. Not that hard. Made me park from drive thru for over 30 minutes! I called and they said they were working on it, I couldn't just leave my car as my kids and dogs were in it.
Literally stood inside with my $5.00 bill clearly visible and was IGNORED for at least 10 minutes. The drive-thru orders were being handled efficiently and they even walked a few orders outside to customers. Meanwhile I was apparently invisible. I heard one of the three staff mumble something about “order off the kiosk”. Trouble was the kiosk didn’t have the one type of donut I wanted to buy…(Toasted Coconut). I ended up walking out.
Avoid this place or at least only use the drive-thru.
Amazing service! Staff was courteous - addressed us immediately. Positive team work vibes. Great start to our vacation day 🥰. Come get some dunkin!

Worst Dunkin ever. They should tell you at the drive through you are going to have to park for 30 minutes and wait on your order BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER!!!
Was told to use kiosk to order and I told the rude ignorant lady that I’m paying cash she got an attitude and left me standing for 9 minutes I come here every single day for coffee 7days a week someone needs to contact me because having this employee is going to make you lose customers like myself I won’t go to either of your stores on 98 same owner I will only return if she is removed from employment!! And she had no visor or hair net on with waist length braids her name is jewel ! And the manager a young uneducated girl carla !
Terrible. Had to pull over for two coffee's, never in my life had I experienced that 20 minutes for that small of an order is criminal.
Have never had to pull over and wait for a coffee , 1 coffee but did and 20min later someone finally walked it out to me. Literally maybe 6 maybe 7 customer from drive thru to inside and many employees. This is the lazy world we now live in. Never again and I’m a local.
