The experience was good the food was good also but the staff needs to be more alert and the manager needs to be a better team player

They leave old coffee sit all day and can not make drinks properly. If you complain or give them a bad review the woman manager bans you from the store. If you order something they don’t have she complains she needs to refund. Does she expect people to just take the loss. Horrible, train your staff. “ and you won’t get bad reviews.

I watched the manager be rude to customers. The customer walked in got her stuff and left. The manager then started yelling and called the police. Her lied to them just to damn a customer she never spoke to from the store. It was crazy. She clearly has an issue. It was Christmas Day of all days too. She also got rude with another customer because she did not train her staff how to make stuff properly. A number of customers have said this does not taste right. I have been sitting here for two hours and the place is horrendous ran by a person who clearly can’t manage. The coffee does taste bad. I see the red light on the coffee pot all morning. If I was not doing work. I would not have stayed. Won’t make that mistake again.

Poor service and the coffee and the food was not as good as we normally get at Dunkin. This one needs to be cleaned up.
I’ve gone here now multiple times and once or twice it has been OK but almost every single time my drink is straight black coffee and has zero syrup or anything that is supposed to be added. It is so stout. I usually can barely drink it. Luckily, I get cold foam so that’s sweeten in a bit, but I don’t realize until I’m far away that it is wrong. I wont be ordering here again, either another Dunkin or Starbucks it is for me. The workers are never usually friendly either

Banned from store for making reviews. When you order two sandwiches and told that they didn’t have cinnamon raisin bagels. This order they didn’t have the cinnamon raisin so I asked for two regular bagels the response was “we don’t have any plain one either”. Filling out the review I was told I was banned from the store if I make another bad review. Well here it is….. Dunkin at Miramar Beach is crap. Continuously doesn’t have products. Blames truck for being late. Employees not trained. Stale donuts. Cold coffee and a cup of tea with a splash of dragonfruit. Oh let’s not mention the manager who hides in the office all the time. Glad to be banned. Save some money.

This particular Dunkin' is usually pretty steady. Even so I've always got my order in a timely manner. I maybe stop by here once a month or so and every time I do, it's always good service with little wait time.

I'm not usually a fan of Dunkin but we walked in and was helped immediately. Brittany was very helpful and made our drinks perfectly. Very sweet person. Place smelled clean of bleach and was very quiet.

I walked in and immediately walked out. The management at this location has made a baffling decision—customers are required to order from a kiosk. That sends a clear message: human interaction isn’t valued here. Well, I prefer to spend my money at coffee shops that still appreciate the value of real customer service.
