Went with a work party of 10 and the service, food and atmosphere were spot on! All of us raved about our food from start to finish.

Appetizers were great. However, service is horrible. I would not feed a dog there. I went to the bathroom. One of the employees went to the bathroom at the same time. He did not wash his hands. When I told the female manager, who was obviously not there, she told me that he did wash his hands in the stall next to me. As if I cannot tell the difference between a faucet and a flush. I would not feed an animal that I did not like there. Although the food prior to this incident was great. I would not eat dinner there ever. After this encounter, this place is freakin discussing. Stay away. The manager is beyond ignorant to not even acknowledge what i first hand witnessed in the bathroom. Freaking discussing!!! I paid $1000.00 for a discussing experience.

I would like to start off by saying this place is beautiful. Very pretty but the service doesn’t do it justice (in a bad way.)

We had a late reservation for a Bachelorette on Sunday evening. Our server started off great. Then things decided to go down hill. 5 of 8 of us order steak. We were told only 2 people can get steak. 6/8 of us ordered mash potatoes. 4 came out and we had told our server we were missing 2. He has then said no you only ordered 4. Well we didn’t only order 4. Now they are out of potato’s 2 of us don’t get a side after not gettin steak as well. He did not come to me and ask if I wanted another side or to substitute the side out. I paid for a $55 steak and no side that I ordered and no check in. It also wasn’t that busy. The server assistants/ bussers were paying more attention than our own server.

I have worked in the restaurant industry serving for years. Everyone was unhappy with their drinks. The server did not ask us once about them. We left the table with full glasses of alcohol that we paid for because he did not come to ask or even come so we could swap out.

I also asked the host about the cotton candy to celebrate, they did not come to the table to celebrate. We were there for a bachelorette and we got no attention or celebration WHICH I CALLED AHEAD TO CONFIRM AND AT CHECK IN.

Also, when checks were due, I was given a check with a side I didn’t get and a drink I didn’t drink. I had to argue to get the side taken off so I didn’t even bother about the drink. Once these checks were given out he had the audacity to say “thanks for coming in I didn’t add gratuity so make sure you take care of us.” TAKE CARE OF YOU? Half the table didn’t get what they ordered and hates our drinks and no celebration at the end. I am very disappointed. Bachelorettes are a once in a lifetime thing for people and as the MOH it’s my duty to make sure she feels special and this was not the place. We would rather ordered pizza and bought seltzers instead of listen to the attitude from our server and paying $115 bills to then be told to take care of you guys.

Working in hospitality I would never. Unfortunate.

My family and I have been enjoying Emeril’s Coastal for over 4 years now and tonight was likely the last time we’ll patron this once loved establishment. Over the years we’ve seen a lot of staffing changes and with it has come a slow but steady decline in the quality of food in particular but also in the pace and coursing of service. Tonight we celebrated my daughter’s birthday and we loved being served by Sean. However that’s where the love stopped. Each dish was so painstakingly mediocre. I had sent back my tuna wraps (which I get nearly every time I dine here) but even the replacement they served me was just ok. (Thankfully Sean was awesome and comped those. Appreciate you dude!) We ordered the seafood tower and my boys powered through most of it but man it was just bland and boring. The crab claws were about as basic as they come and I was the only one that could even stomach them. And when it came to dessert, the kitchen took what felt like 30 minutes to get it out. And all our table ordered was a slice of key lime pie, three scoops of ice cream and cotton candy for the birthday girl. For our party of 6 our bill came to around $450ish with tip and no one at the table ordered a lick of alcohol. I had a salad with shrimp on the side. It wasn’t a lot of food but the pricing was sky high for such a bland offering. I hate to see the state that this restaurant is in. It used to be my wife and I’s go to date night spot but I think we’ll be venturing elsewhere from now on. We had a 6:30 reservation and we left at 8:40 or so. 2+ hours spent mostly waiting and waiting for nothing great.

My husband and I were in town for our anniversary and decided to eat here and the service was great, however, the food was not. I had the seafood stuffed pasta shells and the sauce on that was giving very much I came out of a can, and the meat was suppose to be fish and shrimp but there was no shrimp in sight. My husband had the seafood platter but there were more fries than anything for $49 we were not impressed with this restaurant at all.

Our entrance was less than welcoming but we were seated as per our reservation time. Our Server was knowledgeable and was able to answer and guide us to a delicious meal from the Raw Oysters, through our entrees and even recommended their signature Banana cream cake. The atmosphere and overall the staff were suitable for what one would expect and the view of the kitchen was interesting. I will definitely enjoy a meal here again.

Might be the worst service I have ever seen. Rude, not attentive, messed up a couple peoples order. Food was amazing. Not often you get terrible service but great food. Plan out your night. This is not a place to go if you are in a hurry.

They were out of any fresh fish at 6:00pm on Thursday. The food was okay although lacked any presentation. The service was good and friendly.

Online reservations are super easy through Open Table. 2 to 3 min wait to be seated, and we arrived early. We reserved a high top and had a wonderful young lady named Shelby take care of us for the next 3 hours.
Shelby made the evening, never were our glasses half full of water or beverages at any time. Her suggestions on the menu made the difference. Do yourselves a favor and request Shelby for a wonderful dining experience. Oh, by the way, the food was sensational!
