Ambience and food were excellent. Gaby was our server and she outstanding in giving us excellent meal advice (oysters, fish plate, salads, and desserts) serving with professionalism and bringing a special dessert to celebrate the event occasion. I would strongly recommend trying this place for dinner!
The food was honestly disappointing—bland, overcooked, and definitely not worth the price. On top of that, the service was sub-par. Our server was pretty inattentive and we left feeling untaken care off. Overall, not a place I'd return to or recommend.
The Emeril experience never disappoints! We enjoyed the pineapple upside down cornbread as a group, each taking a bite of it (it is rather small for an appetizer to share). Greatly appreciated the "surprise" celebration at the end of our meal.
Took an hour for our food. Waiter took forever and was brief with us and more concerned about talking to the other staff
Never disappoints! Great food, great service...Emeril's is at the top of my list when I'm at the beach.
Food was good, maybe a little high for the value. Our servers were very nice, but very slow. I think there needed to be more servers working the restaurant.
Went for Sunday brunch at 10:30 when they opened w reservations. Was promptly seated. Took several minutes for Waitress to greet us and take our drink order. Asked for coffee and took several minutes to return with lukewarm coffee. Took several more minutes to return to Get our food order. Probably been there 45min to an hour to get our food. Chicken and waffles was beautifuly presented however the chicken tasted like vinegar. Waitress said that there is vinegar in their recipe. So it was not my favorite. Wife had banana bread french toast which was good.
What a great restaurant to celebrate a special occasion (My 50th and my daughter's 18th!!!) Oysters and poke bowl were our favorite! Seafood pasta and banana cream pie were also so yummy! We will be back!!
This is my second time at this location. Last year was my first time at the Destin location and I loved everything. I couldn't wait to return and reorder the chilled seafood tower. Unfortunately, they changed the king crab to small crab claws and the oysters were smaller in size. Overall, the restaurant is nice but the meal was just ok this time. I definitely could have lived without the tower this visit.
Food was the best part. While it didn't wow me, everything seemed prepared well and tasted good. Table wasn't ready by reservation time and it didn't seem wiped down well enough when we finally got it. Overall, it's a good restaurant in the area with good food. Just some finer details were missing so it's a 4/5 for me.

FThe pineapple upside down cornbread was a bit disappointing, but I got a fabulous salad. My husband & I shared the bacon-wrapped filet, which was served with sautéed spinach, smashed potatoes and a few onion ringlets. It was plenty, and the steak was the best we've had in decades! Will definitely return!
I live in Orlando and when I arrived here I found out that Emeril had a restaurant here and I was very happy because I'm a super fan of his food, but the restaurant was a disappointment, the service was terrible, my reservation was at 8:30 pm and the restaurant closed at 9:00 pm, no idea at all, when it was 9:00 pm the waiters started closing the tables using a hammer while I ate a very expensive dish, I lost my hunger and left with a very bad impression
At least 5 open tables but had to wait to be seated with a reservation. 3 hostesses standing around with several dirty tables-they just seemed to have no sense of urgency or customer service. Food was good but small portions for the price. $24 redfish which was good but small and no sides included. We paid for an $8 non-alcoholic drink and also had an additional $8 bar charge and $7.24 non-cash service charge already on our bill before they knew if we were paying by cash or card. A server delivered our food and never said a word to us, just dropped off and walked away. The first time we came we had a wonderful experience and chose that as our dinner for our last night in town but paid almost $300 for 4 and were disappointed.
First time at Emeril's and all we can say is Wow! Excellent food and very attentive service. We will definitely return our next visit to Sandestin!
Nothing special. Food only fair The boys n on the burger was dry and plain. The ahi tuna was a small portion in comparison to other restaurants
