This is a great option for a nice dinner in a relaxed atmosphere. The food was amazing. The service (Dennes) was top notch. The ambiance was perfect. We had a large party with lots of different dishes. Everything came out hot and perfectly cooked. The portions were very generous and the staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. This is definitely a stop to make in Mirimar Beach / Destin!!

We are multiple repeat customers and always thoroughly enjoy dining at Fat Clemenza’s. Our most recent dinner was 3/18/2024. Matt was our server and he provided outstanding service. My husband ordered lasagna and I ordered chicken picata—we both had a caesar salad and a nice glass of prosecco—we shared a piece of lemoncello mascarpone cake for dessert!!! We highly recommend Fat Clemenza’s!!!!

We opted for the sausage, onion, and mushroom pizza, a combination that has never failed to impress us. As always, it didn't disappoint. The pizza at Fat Clemenza's is a culinary masterpiece. The sausage is flavorful and well-seasoned, the mushrooms add a lovely earthiness, and the caramelized onions are a game-changer. They bring a sweetness that balances the savory notes perfectly. What truly sets their pizza apart is the unmistakable flavor imparted by the brick-fired oven-- a smoky undertone that elevates the entire dish. However, opting for takeout does come with a minor drawback. By the time the pizza gets home, it inevitably loses some of its initial warmth. This slight inconvenience is a small price to pay for the quality and flavors we've come to love, but it's worth noting for those considering takeout. Despite this, the allure of Fat Clemenza's pizza remains irresistible. The caramelized onions and the distinctive charm of the brick-fired oven continue to draw us back each time.
Pizza was good, but SO wrong. Do not leave without checking. It is not busy right now...plus we ordered an hour ahead. Ordered sausage pizza with salami on whole with peppers and black olives on half. We received a prosciutto pizza with peppers and olives on half. Called and they did everything possible to throw road blocks and not make it right. Definitely not a stand up place. They offer a prosciutto pizza and salami as an add. Tried to tell us the prosciutto was salami. Seriously??!! I know the difference. Asked for a new pie to be delivered and they said they didn't deliver. Had been told they did. Asked for a credit card credit, but we would have to drive the pizza back after spending 8 hours driving to this area for vacation. Who out there wants to do that??!!!! They don't own their errors and don't make them right. Immensely disappointing in a place that we'd been told by locals to support. Look elsewhere!

Top notch Italian restaurant! We got the fettuccini alfredo and chicken parmesan and they were amazing. It's not our first time coming here, every time we're in Destin we try to swing by for some good Italian food. The service is great every time and the restaurant is a good spot for a date night. Martin wasn't our server but he's always the best! Great service and will definitely be coming back.
