Frozen Dune Rolled Ice Cream

Best smoothie, best rolled ice cream, and best açaí bowl. Super convenient as we booked our Airbnb right around the corner.

Hubby and I went on a date over at the beach. Never been here before and so we stopped to get ice cream but ended up getting boba tea instead! And so glad we got it, both were delicious! I got the matcha boba and he got the brown sugar! They also have real authentic Japanese gachapon machines which is so cool!!! Definitely worth going for the gacha and the boba tea!!!

Parking: Limited parking. Small parking lot. Most people walked to it.

Kid-friendliness: They had all kinds of ice cream. You could order rolled ice cream, made fresh in front of you. They had a cotton candy machine. Neat little place.

Completely rude employee working today. Plus $11 starting price for rolled ice cream is absolutely insane. So we got “better priced” ice cream. 2 scoops of ice cream for $13

We are visiting the Miramar Beach/Destin area for the first time, and came across Dunes Rolled Ice Cream when searching for ice cream.

All I can say is “Wow”! This is delicious— made from scratch, rolled ice cream, with just cream and added ingredients. It is so fresh and delicious, and appropriately priced for a made-to-order, locally owned shop— the owner was literally rolling ice cream for us! (I have had the cherry blitz twice— so good!!)

They have lots of other items, including scooped ice cream, boba, and even breakfast sandwiches. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!

We stopped in a while ago while in town. Icecream was very good. The staff was friendly. When was stopped in I think there was only one lady working it was late and very busy. My only quam is the actual place is small. So if it's busy there's not alot of room inside. Very good and worth the wait. We had a big order when we went in. I think there were 5 of us total. Definitely would recommend or visit again.

Novel kind of ice cream. The tropical twist (or something like that) was good. The cherry twizzle (or something) with Oreos added was really good. It was pricey and not fresh fruit, but still good. We'd likely try a different ice cream place, if in the area again, but 4 of us agreed it was fun to try.

People who work here are friendly, but the ice cream taste is mediocre. The peach rolled ice cream only had two tiny slices of peaches in it. The oreo ice cream was better tasting, but overall, not impressed with this ice cream shop.
