Very clean facility, and was immediately greeted when I walked in. Only issue I would say with my initial walk in, was the other employee standing on his phone the whole entire time,but I will say it was so spotless in there, I don’t know what else he could be doing. The condenser must be going out soon because the freezers were so full of ice all around, and the ice cream was freezer burned for most of them. This was my first time in here since I do not live in this area anymore, but I will say I was extremely shocked to pay 18.00 for two tiny scoops of ice cream that was in that quality. Definitely had a better experience with this establishment overseas in Luxembourg

The girl working here is the only reason they get 3☆ for service. She was nice and smiled at my daughter and I. The other 2 guys need to work on customer service...if u want people to come back. Make people feel welcome! 2 small cups of ice cream for $18. The place was clean...and empty.

There is no size difference. I ordered a small one day that contained more than a regular I ordered today. If I’m paying more, I would expect to get more. I could get a quart of the same ice cream and brand for the price I paid for a regular that wasn’t even full.

My family and I frequently visit Destin as we have a vacation house out there. We went to this place to celebrate my college graduation . This was our first time coming to this specific store at this location. Truthfully, if I could give it zero stars I really would. The service was incredibly awful. The person that took our order yelled at us because we looking at the ice cream options and didn’t want to “try samples.”. We did not give her attitude and we were not rude. She was raising her voice at us and telling us to get out of the store. I have never in my life written a negative review. I am not sure if it was because the color of my families skin or what the issue was but we will not be coming back

Went here and there was only one worker. She was very patient with everyone even though it was very busy. The only thing I didn't like was a bunch of highschool student came in screaming, jumping around, and being obnoxious. But the store couldn't stop that so that's why I gave it a five star.

Ordered a milkshake, and it had zero flavor - literally just tasted like milk. Got back in line to order a different flavor and was able to replace it. The worker was very nice and said I could either throw the milkshake away or give it to someone I was with. My husband drank it, and then he got violently sick within 24 hours (for another 24 hours). The only thing we ate different our entire trip was this milkshake. I then remembered when I was waiting in line, the cashier would handle payments (cash, card) and without washing her hands, grab ice cream cones and serve customers. Will not be returning.
