We absolutely loved our stop at the Häagen Dazs shop in Silver Sands Premium Outlets, just moments from Destin. The delicious sundaes, shakes, and waffle cones were a hit with us. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the charming atmosphere made our visit feel really special. The ice cream even tasted sweeter since my daughter paid. It is the perfect treat during outlet shopping and something we will definitely go back for.

Very clean facility, and was immediately greeted when I walked in. Only issue I would say with my initial walk in, was the other employee standing on his phone the whole entire time,but I will say it was so spotless in there, I don’t know what else he could be doing. The condenser must be going out soon because the freezers were so full of ice all around, and the ice cream was freezer burned for most of them. This was my first time in here since I do not live in this area anymore,...

The girl working here is the only reason they get 3☆ for service. She was nice and smiled at my daughter and I. The other 2 guys need to work on customer service...if u want people to come back. Make people feel welcome! 2 small cups of ice cream for $18. The place was clean...and empty.
