I normally never post reviews or anything, but I’ve consistently gone here and the service is always horrible. Today the lady at the counter was on her phone and gave attitude when I assumed she was speaking to me only for her “Not you.” And finger up for me to wait a moment. It’s not welcoming and considering how expensive it is for a sub shop, I’d really expect better service or at least a friendly face.

The manager on duty today .1/28 /26 around 11:40 Am was very rude and raised her voice at me. Was not accommodating and needs to learn professionalism. The other two girls that’s normally there are so nice and makes their service very easy!

This is my first experience at this Jimmy John’s. It’s also the first Jimmy John’s that I had to wait for my order. It was NOT “freakishly fast”. Also, I got a #5 and they added so much mayonnaise. I’ve never had a #5 with mayonnaise. The combination of oil and vinegar and mayonnaise not good. Maybe there was a language barrier idk but it was super annoying to bite into. Also, I’m going to start posting reviews for fun 🤷🏽♀️

I placed an order through the app and ordered a combo. The delivery girl didn’t bring my drink. I asked her about it and she said, “Oh yeah, I saw there was a drink on your ticket, but there wasn’t one next to the bag for delivery”. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!!! Then she said, “Don’t worry, they will credit you back”. Ummm no! There is nowhere on the app to request a refund for an item that was not delivered. I’ve called the store a few times, no one answers. Just ridiculous!! She could have asked about the drink!!

I’m not understanding the one star reviews. This is by far the best sub shop in Miramar Beach! We eat lunch here almost every day. I order in the app when we leave our house and it’s almost always ready when we arrive about 10 minutes later. The staff is very welcoming and it looked like they worked really hard all summer. It gets very busy at times, because it’s obviously very popular. The sandwiches are delicious! And the staff are very friendly and even know us by name! Love Jimmy John’s!!

Without a doubt the worst service ever. I’ve an hour since we ordered and still no sandwich. Called the store twice to only be lied to about the order being on its way. This is awful. $47 and a tip to get this service and still no sandwich. Pathetic. Never again.
Used to visit this Jimmy John’s often in the past. Decided to go again and the lady working the counter acted as if we were an inconvenience to her. Could’ve cared less that we were there and would barely speak or look us in the eye. Made a big mistake and went back the next week and just the same crappy service. Never have had service like this.

Best sandwich for your money if you don't live in the Philadelphia and south Jersey area.
