Here on vacation with my little boys and we wanted some sandwich. Saw online about the new caprese sandwich I just had to try it. Looked amazing in the pic, but what I received was nothing like it. It was still delish. Mama is happy. I didn’t interact with the employees at all, they didn’t say hi or nothing.

Everything was so fresh! Veggies, bread, brownie. Way better than that one in Fort Walton. I'll be going back to Grand Boulevard.Vegetarian options: Just make sure they make your sandwich on a fresh paper and with clean utensils.Parking: Very busy lot. Might have to walk a little.

This is freakishly slow... The order said it would be ready in 29 minutes yet. It's been 34 minutes and still no Jimmy John's. 37 min total. Nice hand off.

Zero stars for service. Ordered online only to arrive and the ONE employee was sitting at a table out front. I told her I had a pick up order and she looked very confused. She finally checked the printer & the order was still sitting there. No apology was offered, in fact she begrudgingly started making my order. Before she was done, a male employee came from the back. She told him nothing so I brought it up to him hoping he could 1) see her behavior 2) make sure he knew she wasn’t checking for orders. He made some excuse over it being loud in there and they often did not hear the order printing. There were zero other customers in the restaurant. She handed me my sandwich and a drink cup. I had picked out chips. It’s all laying right in front of her yet she didn’t put anything in a bag. I had to ask for one and only then did she hand me a bag and watch as I put my sandwich & chips in it. I asked for napkins and she points to the end of counter. Then before I could leave the store she walked around front and sat back down at a table having never said another word to me. Wow, just wow. I’ve been in the restaurant business as an owner myself and this lazy, unfriendly behavior by employees would never have been tolerated.

Ordered on Doordash and were told that "they didn't have drivers" so we cancelled the order. But the cancellation and refund never went through. We called twice and were told that the order was cancelled both times. We had to call Doordash before they finally stopped lying and gave us our money back. I suggest speaking with whichever woman was closing on Monday Sept. 4, 2023 at 780 Grand Boulevard, Miramar Beach, Florida.

The absolute worst Jimmy John's I have ever been to. Besides being slow, they got my order wrong THREE different times. The first time they made our sandwiches, they didn't even look at the ticket, so they weren't even remotely correct. I don't know who owns this establishment, but he clearly has no clue how to manage a business. Literally everyone that came in was saying the same thing.

Absolutely horrible experience. Lied multiple times about my order being on the way. Said it was complete on door dash. When I called they said it hadn’t actually even been made. This was after over an hour of waiting. HORRIBLE. One of my co-workers actual went down to get food and asked about my order and they lied and said it was out for delivery already. I’m not sure if this store is full of scammers or if they are just extremely bad at their job. Either way, there’s no excuse for lying multiple times to a customer.

Best Jimmy Johns i've been to! The employee working the register was the kindest. We told him we were traveling and he offered to give us free drinks on him. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a sammy on the beach

Went to order for a quick lunch, was told to order where we pick the good up then told no and was looked at like we were lost. Tried ordering a Make it your own. Apparently the cashier was greatly stumbled at this and didn't understand their own menu. Instead we had to order a different sub. Asked for Grey Poupon and was told they don't have that at this location. Meanwhile there was about 5 jars of it full on the shelf behind them. Just a clueless employee. The same person said our food was done and the gentleman making it told her it wasn't done yet. The cashier also didn't give us our drink or chips, and rolled their eyes at us while also giving us the most bizarre look like we were from another planet. Definitely will seek subs elsewhere where the employees have manners and know their menu.

Went in to have lunch and order a club lulu and was told by the cashier that they couldn’t make that sandwich and when I asked why she would not explain to me what I could order instead or why they couldn’t make it. I made an attempt to ask again why they couldn’t make it and she said they didn’t have some items but wouldn’t tell me what so I could make a decision on what I wanted to order. Instead of going insane I left. Have never had an issue before today. Your experience may vary

Food taste good but definitely not freaky fast lol. In town for a week. Stayed at a hotel 3 miles from their location. Ordered once and took about an hr to get my food. Thought maybe it was a one off so I ordered lunch again. Not a one off, took over an hr to get my sandwich again. Here for work so by the time I got my sandwich I didn’t have time to eat it because I had to go back to work. If you’re in a hurry, do not order from this Jimmy John’s.
