Can’t speak for atmosphere because I ordered delivery. First, my sandwich wasn’t even made correctly. I ordered a Reuben, which is made with corned beef or pastrami…instead they used shaved steak. I also ordered fries and did not receive them. The bread was burned. The drink I ordered tasted like they just half a cup of water in it. Absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t finish and had to throw it away after the first bite. I recommend going elsewhere if you are in the mood for a good sandwich.

I got the Italian sub. It was ok. Not the best sub I’ve had. I paid around 17.00 or more for it. That’s expensive in my opinion.
Also was asked to tip. I don’t like it when people get asked to tip on something simple like ordering a sub. It’s not like a waitress waiting on a table, and deserving a tip. I don’t think I’ll be going back.
Friendly service though.

We walked in all happy and excited to eat there and the worker literally ignored us and then rolled her eyes after asking us if we knew what we wanted! There wasn't a single customer in the store! We arrived an hour before close and had already looked at the menu so we knew what we wanted. If I could give 0 stars I would. They were both rude. Never again will we go there and now we know why noone was there eating!

Went in to try it tonight at 6:10pm on a Saturday and was told they were closing even though the sign said 7pm. What kind of restaurant closes at 6pm on a Saturday? Too bad too because the food sounds good and the pictures look good, but apparently they can’t even stick to the posted hours.

Response to owner: Watch your camera at 6:10pm you will see me and my wife enter and after a few minutes have an employee come out and we ask if they are open because things were put in front of the soda machines. Her response was they were closing in a few minutes so we said ok and left. Maybe train your employees a little bit and have them make people feel like they can order instead of making them feel not welcome and telling them they are closing in a few minutes.

Also what a weird reactionary response. Because you looked at the cameras at 6:55pm means I didn’t have the experience I had at 6:10pm? Took off the star for the food because you’re right I didn’t try the food, but the service and atmosphere was what I would have expected if I had walked in at 6:55 or after closing time.

Calling someone a liar because you don’t like what I have to say about my experience instead of asking for more information is a wild reaction.

Don’t worry I will take my business elsewhere and I hope people read this whole review as well as your mean reactionary response when they are choosing a place to dine.

Referred by a friend. Locals. Never been here before. Won’t come back. Girl with long black hair and glasses working today was rude with condescending tones and facial expressions.

Had read reviews that the pastrami bomb was like being in NYC .. umm, no. No where even close. Bacon on a pastrami? Shaved super thin, over cooked, and dry pastrami? No. Not very good. And definitely didn't reflect the picture online.

However, others in our party got the tuna fish and a Cuban. The both liked theirs.

However, we all agreed, not worth going again.

Several times I’ve come to this location and they have closed early. Today I put an order in online was charged and at 5:55 the guy said there closing early and locks the door before I can even get my food I paid for.

Unable to order through the Jon Smith subs app, but if you hack into door dash you can make an order and pick it up yourself. Great food, a bit pricey but what isn't nowadays with this current administration.

Food was great and service even better. Cashier answered all our questions and encouraged us to get cookies. I'm glad she did because the peanut butter cookies rocked.
