I dropped in to get a milkshake last night. The nicest young guy made my milkshake. He was so polite and served my milkshake with a smile. I can get cheaper milkshakes almost anywhere but not with that type of service.

Is a vey attractive store with delicious treats and great service, but the price is a little too much. Before some people comment about affordability, no I’ve been in many places as good as this one and prices are almost half. Great store and a great area. Check the time before showing up cause they close at 9pm.

Before we got to the ice cream shop we called to see if we would still be serviced due to it being near closing time and since we had a party of 9. One of the employees told us that we can still order although it would be after 10 (closing time). Once we reached, one of the people from our party went inside at 9:57 to order, once the rest of us entered in, we were refused service due to them being closed. One of the employees came with an attitude and told us that they locked the door after the last family walked out even though we easily came in when they left. He also told us the that we came in at 10:05 when we came at 10:02 and they told us before that we would be able to order. Not only did the employee lie, he refused to take one of the people from our party’s order although she reached inside on time, approached us with an attitude and did not apologize for the unfortunate news. I do not recommend this ice cream shop, they had horrible attitudes and misleading information.
This establishment has horrendous management. We called ahead to inform them that we would arrive in the parking lots at 9:58. The “manager” said it was perfectly fine, however when we arrived they denied our service. I would not recommend this location for any family who is simply trying to enjoy their vacation. Your money and time will be wasted.

We called and let them know that we had a large party coming right at close. The member over the phone said yes we can make it so we should come. All members were inside the doors by 10:03 and first was inside before they closed. Once everyone was standing in line, the front end manager declined serving our party while the servers were ready to serve the first person in line.
Unfortunately, I have to say this was disingenuous and borderline racist. Our party had 9 black adults. This was truly a horrible experience for our group. It was despicable and disgraceful behavior. I would never recommend this franchise to anyone. I frequent several ice cream shops in the Miramar Beach and Santa Rosa Beach and this was the first bad experience.

Fun little spot for a cool down, very unique establishment. They cook the ice cream waffle bowls etc in front of you in the line. Great fudge and great selection. I will say and maybe the time we went was a busy time of the day. But I don’t think you could fit another body in the building. Relatively long wait for an ice cream. Also if catch yourself looking for a menu don’t look up it’s on a little sign on a pole you have to scan the QR code with the phone.
