Amazing treats !
This place needs to retrain their teenage staff. Went in on Friday 8/15 & 2 kids are working. There’s a line out the door. The young lady working spent a lot of time assisting a friend. They chatted while we waited. The young man chose, at that time, to replace containers, rinse them out & listen to an air bud in his ear while we all waited. A man cut the line & went & ordered one piece of candy & after the girl was finished talking to her friend, with 10 people in line, decides to help the man at the candy counter who then ordered an ice cream. It was ridiculous. Their ice cream is expensive with lousy service. I’ve been there multiple times - no adult is ever working. Just kids. Won’t be going back. There’s plenty of other ice cream places here - I’d rather go elsewhere. The flavors are not that great either. Terrible service.
NICE PLACE! VERY BUSY THOUGH. HARD TO SEE THE CURRENT ICE CREAM FLAVORS. A BIT PRICY, BUT ITS WORTH TRYING IT AT LEAST 1 TIME!
Ice cream is 5 star. Friendliness of employees is a 2. Young adults that were very flat and unfriendly.

The fudge was dry and stale. If you want good fudge go to the Moo La La next to Mezcal at Seascape.
So nice and clean building. We stayed at Seascape, the condos above Kilwins and we came down at least twice during our stay. It was so good! Love you guys.
Didn't taste good, and gave my dad food poisoning. The ice cream literally tasted like a weird candle, he's been throwing up for hours and laying on the couch in agony. Reply: it was the location on scenic gulf Dr. And it was the turle cheesecake flavor

Sign on the door says they close at 10:00. it’s 9:28! The two young guys in there have the doors locked. I said the hours say til 10:00. They said well we’re closing early tonight and would not let me and my family in there to get ice cream. Along with another group that was right behind us.
Love our Kilwins ice cream! The Mud (depending on where you are) this one was the Destin Mud is always a favorite.
