Stopped in for a break from shopping to discover they offer “All Day Every Day Specials” at the bar. We ordered the crab wontons, steamed pork dumplings and the Pink Lotus Cosmo and Ha-Chi 5251 Pilsner from the daily specials. I also ordered a cup of wonton soup from the regular menu.
Everything was delicious with a nice presentation. Our favorite was the steamed pork dumplings and the Cosmo. Both were very good and I highly recommend.

The place has gone down hill. The food was over salted. The service was fresh.

Food and restaurant itself was good.. but service... wow.. our waitress was good on timing but that's about it. She was just rude for absolute no reason. I won't personally be returning to this location because of how she made me and my girls feel. Be kind, people. Especially when you are in customer service...

We dined in for dinner and the food was absolutely amazing. We had the bbq pork spare ribs and the Northern style pork ribs and they were delicious. We had other appetizers and also the house rice. The service, however, was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a while. The server was not very welcoming and made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. She even clocked out without bringing our receipt and not even so much as a thank you. Nevertheless, we highly recommend visiting at least once.

My experience here was fairly enjoyable. The restaurant had a relaxing atmosphere, and it never seemed to get too loud, even when it began to fill up with customers. Thankfully, the worst part of my time there was near the beginning: the menus were dirty and had food and sauce stains smeared on them at some parts. Never a good start.
However, our food came out remarkably fast and was mostly great, and the servers were very attentive, which always goes a long way in bolstering my view of a restaurant. Their crispy honey chicken is to die for, but the fried rice was subpar. No egg rolls, though, they were out...again. Bummer.
4/5 stars, had a great time with the family eating and relaxing, but for any employees who read this, for the love of God, please clean your menus. I regret not taking a picture to post here. Gross.

We ordered a pick up meal for two after a long exhausting day travelling. Two Mongolian beef...it was terrible!! So tough. Such a disappointment. And the lime key pie was a joke: a few cookie crumbs with a small head of whipped cream and the lime sauce separate in a plastic container to pour over...never ever had such a bad meal. If P.F.Chang's had any decency it would offer me another free meal to prove they can do better....
Absolute NO recommendation.

The quality of this restaurant has diminished over the years. Part of our order included 2 orders of the dynamite roll and the Taiwanese popcorn fried chicken. After taking a bite, I immediately noticed an odor and odd taste to the dynamite roll and realized the crab inside was spoiled in both orders. We immediately sent it back and it was taken off of our bill but no one came over to apologize or acknowledge the issue. In addition, the popcorn fried chicken was extremely dry and was not restaurant quality, more like crumbles of chicken.
We will not be back to this location.

If you're gonna charge $20 for soup how about you put something in it besides broth!

The unfriendly, unpleasant and inattentive staff could have been overlooked if the food had been even a little palatable. It wasn't.
