Don't eat at this location if you want the food that you actually ordered. The last four times I have come to this location, the order has been wrong or they have forgotten to make it. One time I asked for no sauce/light sauce on my pizza and they put so much sauce on it the sauce dripped off of it. The store is always dirty and never have napkins out.

We love eating here when we want a little healthier option. The staff is nice and service is fast. We ordered on the self- service monitor and by the time we got our drinks and found a table, or order was ready.

The most disgusting place in the area. Plenty of workers not doing anything. Place is filthy with napkins, trash and food all over the place - pretty much every sitting area . I went in evening time where there was only 2 costumers including myself. Those people have lot of time to clean pick up trash And sweep the floor instead they just mess around behind the counter. I have Been coming here since 2006 and WOW- this place changed a lot !!! Knowing there is huge mess around you , you don’t even want to come in sit down to eat ! Ridiculous and Unacceptable !!!

The place was not clean and the employees were setting on the floor and they made the food with out washing there hands the tables were not cleaned I had to clean my own table!If I could I won’t even give them one star!!

Panera was lacking today. My sons' Broccoli Cheese Macaroni was cold. The Pepsi soft drink machine was not working AND the ice was out. It was leaking water everywhere on the floor so it was practically flooded by the cold drinks.The rest of the food was tasty and good.I do believe the staff were overwhelmed by the huge rush caused by tax-free week/weekend. Plus most restaurants are understaffed these days so I still give em 3 stars. Hopefully they will make a big a comeback soon ?. I really love Panera

Had a very disenchanting lunch at Panera today. It’s gone downhill fast. Way too many guests and not enough workers, which I know is a common issue, but our salads had wilted lettuce and literally drowned in sweet, heavy dressing, very non-fresh ingredients.

Not a good Panera experience, and I've been a member for years. HALF sandwich and a small cup of coffee for $11, but another Panera's 3 cities away, same state was a few bucks less. Chipotle avocado melt was okay, not great. Disappointed in service, too. Won't be back.

I wish I didn’t eat here the tables were Disgusting the floor were trashed! The drink machine was so nasty ? as we were trying to fine a table to set on that was clean there were many other ppl complying about how dirty this place was. It’s a shame for this to be so dirty!

The old lady up front that needs to retire was rude, they do not have ranch for the salad, nor do they have sweet tea. The wait was over 30 minutes also and the food was horrible. Stick to subway!!!
The staff had a bad attitude on 5/23/22, the place súper dirty, nowhere to sit that was cleaned, floor every step had food. I work in the same outlet and we are under staffed as well plus the AC is out and we will make it work with cleanliness and better attitudes. Very disappointed!

Love this place. Great food, good variety menu, never have any issues there, except on a couple occasions I got the wrong items for my order, but whenever it's happened they always fix it for you no problem.

ALWAYS very hit and miss.50/50 chance on getting food poisoning legitly every time.Food is not worth what you pay for it and its not fresh. Salads are completely frozen 90% of the time. But this is super close to my work so its easier to get food while on the clock... but i pay for it.

I imagine this is as good as any other Panera. I was surprised how much I paid for a small amount of food that was decent but not worth going back for. This location is convenient if you're shopping at Silver Sands outlets and it's located in the middle of the mall's parking lot.

Panera is Panera. We went here as we have food allergies and know what we get. Systems were down so they wouldn’t take our gift cards or rewards. Food was fast and tasty. Facility clean. Wait times to long to check out.
