While vacationing in Destin, my wife, who is Vietnamese, and I fortunately discovered Paris Banh Mi while searching for a Vietnamese restaurant near our hotel. What a find! It is a gem of a place. We stopped by the outlet to do some shopping on the way out of Destin heading to Pensacola. We decided to stop in for drinks because it was so HOT outside and the kids were burning up. I ordered the Pho, which was absolutely amazing and delicious! However, I was disappointed with the service. The veggie bar was out of almost everything, and when we requested more bean sprouts and basil, we had to ask for each item individually. The cashier was sitting on a chair, scrolling through their phone. While I understand that it can be slow and boring at times, I would have appreciated if they prioritized cleaning and doing their job before taking a break.
