Ordered pizza and it took over 2 hours to get my delivery. The pizza was cold and missing toppings. I also ordered hand tossed and they gave me the pan crust. When trying to call the store all they would do is hang up on you. I called their customer service to see where my order was and that was a joke. I was even told they would refund my money because of my missing order but that didn’t happen either. Very disappointed customer who was visiting from out of town.

I want to leave a bad review or a one-star rating for this Pizza Hut location, but the second driver was so apologetic that I would feel really bad about doing so. I ordered two pizzas, breadsticks, and chicken wings at 7:44 PM, and our order arrived at 8:44 PM—part of it, anyway. The food was cold, and we were missing the chicken wings. I contacted Pizza Hut multiple times and was assured I would receive a credit for the cold pizza and that the wings would be delivered. After several calls, I finally received not only the 18 wings I ordered but also an extra order at 10:11 PM. The last driver, Eric, was very kind, but what should have been a simple pizza order turned into a huge nightmare.

They will blatantly ignore you. They are rude. They do not care. I came in there with a good attitude, asking about a DoorDash order and they argued with me and caught an attitude with me.

We have been ordering delivery from this store since they started offering delivery, but suddenly today they no longer deliver to our address. We are 7 minutes from the store.. when I called they said they got a new map and we are now out of area.. they also said they don’t cross the 331 intersection.. so their service area is like within 5 minutes of the left side of the store… makes no sense. We’re going back in o Hungry Howies.

Rang in an order for carry out, was told 15-20mins. Eventually got our food of two pizzas and two fries 45 mins later. Fries came in one container-went back and asked for our missing fries only to be told that what we got was two portions! Over $50 for two luke warm, bland pizzas and a handful of fries. Won’t be back.
