I ordered my food @ 8:50PM and here it is @ 10:30PM and we still don't have our food, I have Small kids that's been waiting on food and now we don't have it and when I call the store it's closed but how can you close and your customer don't have they good....this is crazy and I will not ever order here again and we are visiting from Georgia this is the worst ever

Had a 12-piece Medium heat buffalo wing, and they were extremely fatty. Like on several of the wings, there was more fat than meat. I didn't even know that was a thing! It was nasty. Should have known better, but it was late and everywhere else was closed.

Jennifer and Sarah were ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! They were fun to talk to while waiting for my pizza.
The Pizza itself was perfect! I LOVE my sauces, and theirs was an exquisite blend of herbs and tomato sauce.
Plus when I picked up, the cheese was perfectly melted with fresh toppings.
I could go on and on about how delicious this pizza was, but I fear if I stay distracted writing this review, it will be gone by the time I finish 😹

They were still open Christmas Eve! They was getting ready to close before I placed my order but was super nice over the phone and they still delivered with great timing! Delivery driver was super nice and appreciative! Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas!

Pizza was a little undercooked and the boneless buffalo wings were not great. Overall it wasn’t bad, it did the trick but I will not be returning.
Ordered pizza and it took over 2 hours to get my delivery. The pizza was cold and missing toppings. I also ordered hand tossed and they gave me the pan crust. When trying to call the store all they would do is hang up on you. I called their customer service to see where my order was and that was a joke. I was even told they would refund my money because of my missing order but that didn’t happen either. Very disappointed customer who was visiting from out of town.

I want to leave a bad review or a one-star rating for this Pizza Hut location, but the second driver was so apologetic that I would feel really bad about doing so. I ordered two pizzas, breadsticks, and chicken wings at 7:44 PM, and our order arrived at 8:44 PM—part of it, anyway. The food was cold, and we were missing the chicken wings. I contacted Pizza Hut multiple times and was assured I would receive a credit for the cold pizza and that the wings would be delivered. After several calls, I finally received not only the 18 wings I ordered but also an extra order at 10:11 PM. The last driver, Eric, was very kind, but what should have been a simple pizza order turned into a huge nightmare.

They will blatantly ignore you. They are rude. They do not care. I came in there with a good attitude, asking about a DoorDash order and they argued with me and caught an attitude with me.
