Smoothie King

I literally go here every morning on the way to work five sometimes seven days a week! Shanoya,Yanique,& Quacian have become my Smoothie friends I go in so much! Need my Vitamins! They always greet me with a smile and get my Smoothies done quick so I can get to work! ☺️

I have been getting smoothies from this store weekly for years, I usually get the pineapple spinach, vegan smoothie 44 ounce. Today I got ordered the same thing I always order and it taste so different. I called to tell them, they said they would replace it but it being the Fourth of July weekend I didn’t want to drive back. I was told thanks for calling.

My Family and I stopped by to grab a drink at smoothie king and we were greeted with smiles and humor.
I recommend the pineapple surf if it’s your first time.

There was only 2 cars in front of me and I waited over 40 minutes for one smoothie. I had to repeat my order 6 different times before they actually heard me. Then when I asked what was taking so long the employee blamed it on another customer wanting a refund. Either way that should not cause me to have to wait 45 minutes to get 1 smoothie at a “fast” food place.

The ladies are always so wonderful and patient and helpful. My only issue is I tap to pay and there is no where for me to leave them a tip if I don't have cash!!! I felt terrible.

Store wasn't even open at 7am which was posted, waited until 7:10 before leaving and still no one there. Cars in drive thru left and customers outside door left.

We’ve been here several times just thought i should note how clean it looks AND smells in here! Employees are always smiling and happy to help. The smoothies are always delicious and fresh, i love the push on whole fruits and organic veggies here. Definitely recommend a good banana boat smoothie with raspberries and an immunity boost if you’re getting over an illness!

As I was approaching this location, one of the employees decided to start his BMW with an excessively loud exhaust system on it. It was so loud that it actually popped my left eardrum, and now my left ear is ringing and hurting when I went inside to tell the staff the employee was still working. He thought it would be a good idea to start his car and leave it running while he was inside. Still working this? I cannot understand the unprofessionalism of this location. Very disappointing from a national chain.

Terrible service the staff was very unprofessional and very rude. They need to be fired immediately.

I am on a liquid diet right now and I figured I’d come get me a smoothie king with all the vitamins and everything that I can’t eat and the door clearly says it closes at 8 o’clock and I got here at 7:30 and she said they were already closed. Doors were locked and she could not make my drink. I couldn’t understand her name and her name tag wasn’t visible, but this is the third time that this has happened to me so I would really like it if corporate could reach out to me please.

Vegetarian options: I just love that everything that I get is vegetarian

PLS do not go to the Smoothie King!! We ordered drinks from there last night and my healthy 25 year old future son in law ended up in ER with Afib RVR due to caffeine overload ? He only drank part of his drink when he started feeling weird and his heart was racing. I have called and left message and ask for a call back to discuss and called and ask to speak to manager only to be put on hold and no one answered after holding for 10+ minutes ? If I can save anyone else from going thru what we have went thru the past 24 hours I am praying this review helps! PLS pay attention to what is being added to your drink!

My kids were very excited to get a smoothie. We walked in and it was very quiet. Nobody greeted us, rather we greeted them. The workers seemed very tired. We have been to Smoothie King in other locations and they were a lot more vibrant and welcoming. After ordering four smoothies and a bowl, I asked for a small cup to pour my toddler some of my smoothie and the worker said she cannot give me a cup. The smoothies were great, but customer service was disappointing.

Never once left a review before on anything. But i had to after I grabbed my smoothie from the plastic Togo baggie around my smoothie then it dropped right on the street. They were so kind and remade it for me and it's delicious ?
