It's a beautiful day for the winter and they were very busy, yet the young ladies were working hard and were very friendly. Matter of fact as I was standing a young lady offered to buy my drink. I had walked over from the hospital where I'm helping take care of my mom and decided I needed a break. I don't come to Starbucks all the time but the coffee they made is one of the best cold coffees I've had. This location is really good. Their
drive-thru is usually backed up.

At 6 AM, there was no line. We got our coffee fast. In general, there is always a line. Drive thru available. Friendly staff and of course, great coffee.

If I could give zero stars I would. I got no hello or please hold on or nothing. I waited by the register for about 5 minutes and I got nothing. So I walked out. I love Starbucks but this location is not it. This was my first time ever having a bad experience with Starbucks and I assure you I won’t ever come to this branch again. I mean not even a hello and I know they saw me cause they looked at me multiple times I even made eye contact with the girl running food.

The wifi was also terrible! I could even get my phone to connect. Yeah, this is not the place to be.

10 bucks for one coffee!!!!! What has the world come too. Btw apparently they are a private owner so not a real Starbucks. Which means they don’t have follow the rules, policies and pricing

This is my nearest Starbucks so I come maybe a couple times a month but the service is the slowest out of any Starbucks I've ever been to. I've been the only person in line but my drink still took 12-15 minutes to be ready. I decided to finally write a review because a girl at the cash register was just being flat out rude our entire interaction.

I want to say this is a new place and it's in a prominent area. I came in to study. The tables was not clean and the floors needed to be swept. The first impression is everything. This was my first time here. I waited to see if the employees were going to clean once it wasn't busy. Still no one took time to clean the place. Please work on cleanliness. It matters. Thank you

Staff was rude and not helpful. We had a pickup order and when we grabbed our drink the lid came off and spilled all of the counter. My husband asked the lady for help that was standing right there and she looked at us and walked away with no response other customers came to help with additional napkins and then finally someone employed here came over to help. When I’m paying Starbucks prices and it’s not even that good you could at least be nice. Very disappointed

It was a busy Labor Day morning. Everyone was working super hard. The young lady taking the orders behind the counter had beautiful long red hair. So that started a conversation. . We continued to chat as she took my order. She said she had just started. She did great and the rest off the staff hustled to get everyone’s orders out as fast as they could.

I love coffee but Starbucks is not my cup of tea. And the prices are extremely high. For four (special) coffee’s you pay easy over $25.
For European standards that’s too much.
Of course Starbuck is a coffee-place so next to the normal coffee they have a lot of additional options for Starbucks coffee lovers

I've been a gold card member twice. I've never ever have seen, heard anything negative about Starbucks and it's employees. I'm even a stockholder.

The message in the restroom for employees is not an option. It's a requirement. I accidentally walked into the restroom on an employee today. As I was waiting. I heard the flush.. no water from sink or the new Dyson air dryer going on. This employee then didn't even put on gloves behind the counter to prepare my feta cheese wrap. I'll never I mean NEVER EAT AT STARBUCKS AGAIN.

I cannot believe I am actually leaving negative feedback on. A Starbucks.....

I guess once you get too large you forget about the safety and health of the people that made you large.

Never again.

Don't you just love the response an owner gave me. If I need more assistance go to a website.
No thanks. I'm contacting the health dept. You can deal with them.
