At 11:36 AM today, September 28, 2025, I tried to buy one of the sandwiches because Subway is close to my work. To my surprise, even though the open sign was on and the hours on the door say 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, the door was locked. The two employees inside just sat there watching me try to open it and didn't pay any attention to me. It's been several times since I've found bad service at this location. Many times the employees are just downright rude. The situation is unfortunate.

I usually have great food at Subway but my footlong sandwich may have had enough chicken on it for a six inch sub, if that. Very dissatisfied with this. I don't ever leave reviews but this was extremely frustrating.

The staff were not very kind at all.
It was filthy inside & out, the veggies looked lile they had been sitting out in the heat for weeks! The meats & cheese were not visable & so we can only imagine. The 2 employees were annoyed that we came in late & were rude. I took pictures but unable ti upload

Every awful review about this woman is true. Politely asked if we could have toppings bagged separately since we were eating lunch by the water, and she had an awful attitude like I asked for free food. Didn't spend my money there; went down the street to Publix for better food/service. Don't spend your hard earned money here!

It’s a terrarium in here. If you like to eat in a warm environment in the summer this is the place! A/C is on the wall by checkout…set to 79*.

The worker/ manager there with the accent is extremely rude.! She carry herself as a manager so I assume she is. Horrible attitude. Now I could be wrong because I am from Louisiana and don’t know how Florida customer service work. Also does not let you make your sandwich the way you want

Placed an order on the app. They were out of some items I ordered and could not issue a refund. Instead I got some overpriced bags of chips as substitute. Disappointing.

Unfriendly Staff and Rude Behavior
I recently visited this Subway location and was thoroughly disappointed with the service. The staff was unfriendly and rude, making for a unpleasant experience.
The staff seemed overwhelmed and disinterested, which might explain their behavior. However, as a customer, I expect a basic level of respect and friendliness, regardless of the staff's workload.
Subway should really fire all the employees who worked their and also when i told them add extra onions they told we gonna charge you extra for that what in world someone charge for extra onions in subway and the lady who took our order didn't even listen anything they need to fire entire staff and replace with someone that actually take cares of thier customers.
One of the worst subway experience in recent times.

Nachos were so skimpy. Hardly any meat or chips. I tried calling to speak to someone and they wouldn't even answer the phone! By far the worse Subway I've ever experienced!
Sandwich was not right, wasn’t toasted, had no cheese. The sandwich artist acts as if we were bothering her when we came in to pick up the order.
Please just close this place and make something better . It’s very obvious These employees are bothered by even having the audacity to walk into the store. They were absolutely rude for no reason. To the young lady working today your attitude is absolutely disgusting and you should be ashamed for treating people the way you do.

Please do not go there !! I’m a local and this subway is VERY BAD . I just ask for a kids meal .. the person who was a girl she was very rude she didn’t even look at me when I was ordering … first
I ask for the chips and the drink that comes with the KIDS MEALS…. They didn’t have any chips and any of the kids juice . When I was ready to put the veggies I NOTICED SHE GAVE A TINY WHITE BREAD JUST FOR 1 bite. , so the other person came and ask her why is so tiny and She said we our out of white bread !!!! SERIOUSLY ? Why she didn’t tell me at the beginning ? So I can change the bread !

They are out of everything. The staff is rude and just plain unfriendly. Learn how to smile, please. The 6 in meatball sub had 3 tiny meatballs, literally covering half of the sub. I said something and she just said it is 4, I’m literally looking at it coming only 1/2 of a 6 on piece of bread. Pitiful, save yourself the poor service and disappointment and go somewhere else
