We booked a dinner cruise w Sunquest for my wife's 50th birthday while we were on vacation in Sandestin. We should have known this was a shitbird company when I booked them on Open Table yet they required another call to book them with a human being. I gave them my cc info and food choices. They never ran my card and apparently never recorded my food options because they reached out again a few days before the scheduled cruise to ask for all my info and choices again. The day before and the day of we receive confirmation emails and texts. Then, 3 hrs before the cruise was supposed to board, we received a text that the cruise for the next day was canceled and that we could rebook the following Tue or Thu after we had gone home. Meanwhile, I was checking my CC app and they had still never run my card. Anyway, I wanted to clarify whether they meant to cancel tonight or the next night. No one answered any of my 6 calls, email or text. Finally an hour later, after we took an Uber over to Baytown village did they send a clarification text confirming that in fact tonight's cruise was canceled. By that time it's 5:00 and we are without any plans/reservations for the evening. This company is poorly run and the service level is abysmal. It's too bad they seem like the only dinner cruise in the area because I'd rather get Wendy's and sit in a dinghy than Reebok with these morons. Service: 1/5

SunQuest Cruises made our evening absolutely magical! From the moment we stepped aboard, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The views of the sunset over the bay were breathtaking, and the yacht itself was beautiful and comfortable. Dinner was outstanding—every dish was well-prepared and delicious, with plenty of options for everyone in our group. The live entertainment kept the atmosphere lively without being overwhelming, making it easy to relax and enjoy the night. This cruise was the highlight of our trip, and I can’t recommend it highly enough for anyone looking to make unforgettable memories. Five stars all the way!

Dietary restrictions: SunQuest Cruises went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary needs, making our experience even more special! I have several dietary restrictions, including gluten and dairy sensitivities, and the staff made sure I had delicious options that fit my needs. They were so attentive and ensured every course was safe for me to enjoy without any worry. The food was amazing, the views were stunning, and the service was impeccable. It’s rare to find a place that takes dietary restrictions seriously while still delivering such a fantastic dining experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable evening with personalized care!

It was very easy to get in and off the boat. The food was good, better than we expected. Our server Shae was excellent. Her dad was the chef! It was too cold for us to dance, but we did enjoy going to the top deck and looking out while the boat was leaving the marina and we were waiting for dinner. We would definitely go again if we were here at a different time of the year so there would be a better sunset. It was a cloudy day when we cruised.

Dietary restrictions: They asked about dietary restrictions, but we had none.

GORGEOUS VIEWS!! FABULOUS STAFF!! AMAZING FOOD!! EXCELLENT PEOPLE!! FANTASTIC STAFF!!

Kid-friendliness: Bluntly put, there’s adults imbibing alcohol. As long as you don’t mind that your kids may see some PG material (I.e.kissing) then you’ll have a blast! 10/10 would recommend!! ♥️LOVE♥️

The boat itself was nice, bathrooms were clean and we did have a table by the window. The food was mediocre at best. Short staffed so we had a kitchen staff member as our waitress, she tried and did fine until the end when she wanted to argue with us over our souvenir glass. Which we left because at that point we just wanted to get the heck off the boat. The music was terrible The woman singing tried to turn every song into some crooning jazz rendition. It was awful. Three hours on a ship in the dark with no option to escape was dreadful. There was a bar on the 2nd deck but no music. A DJ or radio would have been better than was going on downstairs. Too pricey for the experience received. Everyone was looking at their watches in disbelief of how much longer we had before we could disembark. Save your money unless you are over 70.

We held our son's rehersal dinner on The Solaris. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience! Working with Josh was a first class experience. He handled every detail beautifully and went above and beyond to make the evening everything and more. Our guests are still talking about it! From the decor, food, captain and incredible staff! Thank you for a night we will never forget!

My wife and I had an awesome experience aboard the SOLARIS. Our waitress DeShawn Palmer was the best waitress we could have had. She was there to meet our needs almost before we knew we needed them met. And my wife is handicapped and she gave us suggestions so we would not miss out on any of the fun. She also arranged for a cart to take us back to our truck after we got back. This trip was with out a doubt the best part of our 2 week vacation in Florida. Thank you Captian, DeShawn and the other SOLARIS crew we will never forget that night. ❤️

They have the most friendly staff ever. The boat is super clean and they are very accommodating. I like you can walk the boat all you want and they tell you when each dinner course is ready. What I wasn’t real happy with was the portion of food for the price and was not great over cooked. The lighting was too dark and it was so loud it was hard to talk to my husband. The speakers on the boat are drown out and we were on the second floor and could not hear the lady speak. The best place to hear is the top of the boat. I hope this is fixed soon because my son wants to take his girlfriend on the boat and I want them to have a nice experience because it has potential. At least they are the sweetest people that make’s me feel bad for even leaving less than a 5 star. Not their fault they are just doing their job, they don’t own the boat.

I took my wife for our honeymoon dinner.
I paid the extra package price for window seat and romance package. A total of $120 in gratuity. Almost $500 total.
The windows were very dirty, almost hard to see out of, when the sun is shining in.
We did not drink while aboard .
A bottle of champagne came with the package so i asked if they could bag it so my wife could enjoy it once back in our room.
On the way out my wife noticed that they didn’t leave us a photo. Of us boarding like they did for other customers.
So i asked waiter very politely if we could get
It. A young waitress said they threw it away.
So he told me he would have to reprint it. In a tone that made it known they were being inconvenienced. As we waited patiently. My wife saw them cleaning up. As she thought they were just throwing away the cheap little tee-light
Candles she took 2-of them to use while drinking the bottle of champagne, back at the hotel.
When they returned with the photo and i was handing them another $20 in tip.
He decided to call my wife out in front of their waitstaff to return the 2-tee light candles
What maybe 50 cents worth.
But to make it worse the same young female waitress gave out another giggle to further Embarrass my wife.

If you have an important night, don’t don’t don’t interest it to this company. The waitstaff act like children and they’re very tacky over $.50.
Thanks Dave M

NOT RECOMENDED NO MORE!!! even when today was a PUBLIC Cruise the company OVERLAP a huge wedding in the whole second floor which is the access to the bar, restrooms and upper deck, so everyone who wasn't in the "wedding" and like to go up or move around the jatch had A LOT OF TRUOBLE!!!! The company make enogh money on private events and didn't have to overcrowd the cruise just to make private and public event money!!! it was the worse experience and we had come to the cruise 4 times before!!! loks like the company is getting cheap!!
all the waitress team was overwhelmed!! all the drinks wrong and late!! to much going on for the exclusive good experience that we're used to have.
Not recomended NO MORE!!!
The live mysic was the radio!!!!
to much going on like I said!!! no control and no excellence at all!!!
sad we WON'T COME BACK to this company.
