One of my fave restaurants in the area. Beautifully fresh fish, creative dishes, and all kinds of flavors. They’ll make custom rolls if you ask. I love fresh flavors - the chirashi bowl, seafood salad with vinaigrette, endless summer roll. The customer service is top notch, as long as you’re respectful too!

Great place for Japanese food! Everything we had was great, and the customer service was fantastic! We ordered the Sashimi set, and were delighted by the quality as well as the craftsmanship of the display. Definitely a must if youre craving Japanese food! My wife claims the Nabeyaki Udon was the most authentic shes had in or out of Japan!

What can’t be said about this place!!! Stopped for sushi on a recommendation and was blown away!!!! Cookie Monster was my favorite roll but the rest were amazing as well! Server was extremely helpful along with Andy the owner! Had to buy a shirt to remember this experience after banging the gong!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥

Love this restaurant! We visited a couple of times. We had the Sashimi Deluxe (generous portions and everything was very fresh - the scallops were sweet and the fish was served at perfect temperature), a couple of their summer specialty rolls (tasty, not too much rice), grilled squid (really delicious), hamachi collar (also really delicious, I asked for a bowl of rice to pair and that alone could’ve been a meal for one person), Miso Soup (broth was very rich and comforting), and Fried Cheese Cake (perfect dessert, fried like tempura so it is light and not too oily). Really enjoyed the food and ambiance. There are not too many tables or seats at the bar so it can get full quickly, but it is worth the wait! They do not take reservations but you can call ahead to see how busy it is. The waitresses were attentive and very nice and the owner was very charismatic and welcoming! A bit of a hole-in-the-wall and a lovely local, family-owned business! Definitely recommend visiting if you’re in the Destin area.
