If I could rate this lower I would. I have given this location MULTIPLE chances. I try to be understanding, but after so many mess-ups this is ridiculous! First issue I had was the guy was so stoned you could hear it in his voice through the speaker! That didn't bother me but forgetting half the order is what upset me. Second time they forgot my sauce so I sat at the window before I pulled off, and it took them almost 5 minutes before they realized I was still there and then looked at me like I was stupid. 3rd time they didn't make my order right. People have bad days so I shrugged this one off. But today I go, order simple soft taco with no lettuce. Drive thru lady was nice but took a long time to take the order. I had to repeat everything twice. No problem, right? But I get home and there's lettuce in all the tacos. NOBODY was in the drive thru. It's off season so they were super slow. Now I'm convinced that everyone there is so high they can't do their jobs right. I've never seen a fast food restaurant ran like this one.
Dine in closed at 7:40. I was 3 minutes late according to another customer. I walked from the near by hotel, so I either have to go back to the hotel and get my keys and drive back, or eat somewhere else. Ridiculous considering no one even takes your order, just a kiosk. What fast food place closes their lobby at 7:40?? And why 20 til not on the half hour. Avoid this place

I came to Taco Bell because it was closer than what where I usually go for lunch thinking it would be fast but I was there 25 minutes waiting on my food and was late getting back from lunch break
i’m not one to ever post reviews but this is straight up the worst taco bell i’ve ever went to. There were three workers, two men and one women I was at the front for a solid 5 minutes while I KNOW they saw me, but they just straight up ignored me. I asked for what i needed which was just sauce because they forgot to add the extra that I ordered .and the man said “one second” and never came back to me. I announced that i was being ignored and the women looked up at me and looked back down. and on a side note, dude with dreads who was also ignoring me was definitely HIGH AS HELL.

This location has switched to almost exclusively employing jamaican migrant workers. Customer service is awful. At one point I stood in this location at the counter for over 20 min while employee after employee walked past and never took my order. Last week one of them addressed me at the counter, then grabbed a young asian girl and made her take my order. And then stood there the whole time. And I know she knows how to work the register. 0 stars.

poor service, the workers will just walk by and not even acknowledge you. the past couple times i’ve come here i always leave disappointed. the self order kiosk didn’t even have half the things on the menu and the cashier got my order wrong after i had repeated myself three times. the drink machine was also out of syrup and carbonation.

Kiosk is out of printer paper so if they mess up your order good luck! The only reason they knew I placed an order is because I was waiting so long that Ibwent up to the counter to check. Still, it took 24 minutes to get my order wrong. I returned the order because it was wrong and they began swapping items from multiple paper bags. In the end, I got 4 burritos but only one was correct. One of the burritos was a half and half. Top half was chicken with lettuce and cheese, the bottom half was a bean burrito. I will never go back!!!
