Vintij Food and Wine serves delious food and wine. The service was really good and the atmosphere was inviting and decorated nicely. Probably wouldn't return if not on the Resy list for Amex Credit given so many options in the area.
I’m from East Tn, we had a late lunch. $60 for just me. Not impressed at all. I asked to add a smaller salad than the $12 salad. I got a smaller salad but was still charged $12. Shrimp & grits were not good . The grits were the best part of the dish. Way overpriced & def not worth it. Was very disappointed to say the least. We did have a wonderful waiter!
Cannot love the colors of the walls more (rich navy blue) and the decor, vibe, and service. All top. The food on the other hand, not as great. Sushi w cream cheese (shouldn’t have cream cheese if offering only very few rolls options!), the grouper tasted and felt more like tilapia for some reason, the arugula salad had something sweet / sugary, the steak was rare when asked for medium well, and the dessert was off the chart sweet couldn’t take more than one bite.
Not sure I’ll be back or I might give it another chance🤔🤷🏼♀️
Such a cozy and unique atmosphere. We loved the colors and designs and the flavors of our dinners were pretty special. I had grouper with succotash. Highly recommend - rich and full flavor. Hubby had shrimp and grits. He gave it a 5! We also splurged and had calamari which was sooo good. Not the usual fried calamari. Tasted fresh and had a nice seasoning to it. Paula provided great service and Todd, the owner, is actively helping with service. Great locally and privately owned option!

appetizers were halfway decent, “grouper” special was like some costco cod/halibut. just no. wine was good but that’s not really a star for the restaurant is it.
Elevated Dining, Exceptional Wines, and Genuine Hospitality
Vin’tij delivers one of the most memorable dining experiences on the Emerald Coast. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance—sophisticated yet inviting, with a creative energy that makes you want to linger long after your meal ends.
The customer service is outstanding from the moment you walk in. Mark, the bar manager, is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about wine—his recommendations were spot on and elevated our entire evening. You can tell he truly enjoys curating a great experience for each guest. And Todd, the owner, brings a warm, genuine presence to the restaurant. His hands-on approach and attention to detail shine through in every corner of the space and every plate that comes out of the kitchen.
The wine selection is truly exceptional—diverse, thoughtfully curated, and full of unique finds you won’t see just anywhere. Whether you're a casual sipper or a seasoned enthusiast, you'll find something to love here.
Vin’tij isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a destination. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.
This place is gorgeous. Our server was great. The salmon dish was amazing. Definitely will be back soon.
Vintij is like your rich aunt who went to Napa once and never stopped talking about it — and honestly, I love that for her. They go all in on the wine-country vibe, and it’s a whole aesthetic. The outdoor seating? Gorgeous. The inside? Gorgeous. Me after two glasses of rosé? Also gorgeous. Now, the menu is tiny, but they know what they’re doing. Skip the analysis paralysis and go for the shrimp and grits or the salmon — both so good I nearly proposed to the chef. But listen, if you ignore the bread platter, you’re basically disrespecting yourself. Get it. Thank me later. We went at 5 p.m. on a Sunday and it was practically a private dinner party, minus the awkward small talk. Overall, it’s giving: “I summer in Provence” energy, without the plane ticket.
Our very favorite spot to eat when we are in town. The food is always great and the service is awesome!

Food was great atmosphere was great service from the bartender was excellent. We sat in the bar area 4 o’clock in the afternoon only three tables and our young ladies server seem to have an attitude very unfriendly not a bit of a smile very Kurt./ I’ve been there many times all other staff members are excellent what her problem is I don’t know, but if she’s there, I’m not going to eat there in her section for sure. . As A business owner I thought I would let the owners of this fine restaurant know she’s not doing any service.

Best meal of our time at the beach. Beautiful decor complemented our perfect lunch. Bread basket appetizer was tasty and Oyster BLT was star of the meal. Amazing wine selection. Quieter than most restaurants in the area.
