Waldo’s Chicken & Beer

We have been to Waldo’s numerous times since we are locals but today I was so upset with the level of service we received and how completely rude the staff was to us, mainly the girl that has very long hair with glasses and a neck tattoo! Obviously we will be back because we love the food and normally have a great experience but this girl does not need to be in the service industry at all! #dobetter

The best chicken tenders I have ever had!

The chicken is the best chicken I had have. The chicken pars well with the Alabama white sauce. The toasted bread is vary good. I really recommend this place.

We had 2 of the chicken sandwiches and they were absolutely delicious! Great price and great service

Hands down, the best chicken place I’ve been too. Tenders are great , fries are great, and cheddar muffins are unbelievable. Staff at the front is not very informative if it’s your first time but not a big since the food is so good.

Tomato - cucumber side was too salty, but enjoyed rotisserie chicken, coleslaw, and mini roll.

We come down in the off season every year and it was my first time here. Was greeted by the owner and had a great experience! Got the family tenders bundle and let me tell you! The brine on the chicken is unbelievable! The collards Mac and cheese and Cole slaw that I also ordered with the meal was fantastic. I will 100% be back again

It was an average experience the chicken had a good taste but, the coleslaw was too sweet, and my margaritas tasted like vinegar water.

The food was perfect. Chicken tenders were juicy, fresh, handmade on site. Fries were thin, soft but crisp, and we had plenty. Mac & cheese and coleslaw were good as well. Restaurant was clean. Oh and the little cheesy biscuits were delightful - small, cooked to perfection, with a hint of sweet - like a perfect sweet cornbread. The art on all the walls was fun - all popular music icons depicted with some type of chicken imagery. Music wasn't too loud or too quiet - enough for background while still allowing for conversation. Staff was friendly. The whole experience was 10/10. Will definitely be back for more chicken soon!

Chicken is fantastic...better than Cane's! Owner is extremely personable and enjoys talking with his customers and making sure they are happy. Waldo's offers a 25% discount for military members and first responders. Extremely generous!
