Planned a special birthday party centered around a beautiful custom ice cream cake I ordered way in advance, only for them to say they never received it. Had the confirmation email, the bank charged, but no cake when we came. Awful manager who did not help and felt unsympathetic, didn’t even offer us anything for the trouble and problem that was on their end. Do NOT order a cake here in the future.

My dad, Fiancé and I walked in to this location because I wanted an ice cream cake for my birthday. I stood there by the counter waiting for one of the workers to pay attention to us. She told us that the other worker was for the Baskin Robbins and she only does Dunkin while she was scooping ice cream and the other worker was grabbing donuts…. We waited for the worker to assist us and she would walk past us and ignore us while continuing to grab donuts. She would not even look our way even with me standing at the cash register so we decided to leave and go to Publix. Very poor customer service and management at this location. Do not go here unless you are prepared to wait.

Just left this place on 8/21/22. Don't even bother coming here for ice cream, there was a choice of only nine flavors, and wait for it... they had no vanilla or chocolate ice cream. There was only a choice of five donuts. Just ridiculous. To be fair I will say that the young lady behind the ice cream counter was pleasant.

But worst of all, the ice cream was warm and melted from the moment she tried to scoop it. Perhaps not surprisingly, it melted on the cone and started falling all over the sides.

What to say about this place? I always buy my Mom her birthday cake from here. It is her favorite cake and it really is the best cake I have tasted. The cake is always fresh and the ice cream is indescribably good. But the experience here is very lackluster. They do not pick up their phone and will admit this. I was told there is trouble on the line. Surely Baskin Robbins has.the funds to call the phone company come out to have this repaired!!!!! I had to drive here to order her cake since I wanted to use a Dunkin Donuts gift card since I do not drink coffee and do not care for their donuts. Anyway.... The lines here for service are painfully long. It is ridiculous and I can't think of a worse place in terms of waiting. Staff does the best they can but they are always shorthanded. It frustrates customers to no end. But today was a doozy. I walked in to pick up the cake and the place smelled of bleach. Not a little but a whole, whole lot. I wished I would have brought in my mask. I mentioned it to the employee and she giggled. Are you kidding me? Of course the cake was in the freezer so hopefully when we cut into it tomorrow it doesn't taste bad. I will be very annoyed if it does. So, the cakes are amazing but it really is an aggravating experience coming here.

Frozen Coffee taste sour and watery, customer service nice and super friendly, she made another coffee but its taste regular and not as other Dunkin Doughnut.i know she tried her best but still need more experience. I just want to comment and share my experienceThanksDD

I tried to order thru Uber Eats around 7pm and the store says it's closed. When I called them to confirm they said they were open till 10pm. When I asked them to fix it so I could order they said they didn't know how to. When I asked for the manager they said the manager was not there. I was not happy with the service or disinterest to rectify the situation.

It took a few minutes for someone to come to the ice cream side and we were the only customers. We ask fo a medium and a small cup of ice cream. Both cups were half empty and I paid $8.11.

No matter what time of day the service is horrible. It takes up to 20 mins for someone to acknowledge your presence. Then nobody knows how to do anything right. They need to hire more people that ACTUALLY WANT to work. On top of that seems like there’s never ice cream in stock smhUpdate they don’t even give you a FULL scoop or cup. A true disappointment
