Staff was nice but did not understand what we were asking for. The garbage bins were overflowing with trash (both of them). But worst of all, the ice cream was warm and melted from the moment she tried to scoop it. Perhaps not surprisingly, it melted on the cone and started falling all over the sides.
What to say about this place? I always buy my Mom her birthday cake from here. It is her favorite cake and it really is the best cake I have tasted. The cake is always fresh and the ice cream is indescribably good. But the experience here is very lackluster. They do not pick up their phone and will admit this. I was told there is trouble on the line. Surely Baskin Robbins has.the funds to call the phone company come out to have this repaired!!!!! I had to drive here to order her...read full review
