The food was not good quality. The service was very poor. I wont back to this place. For the amount we paid the food was not worth it. My son order pasta that I won't even feed my dog. He couldn't eat that's how bad it was.

The sound is great. I'm really big on Music. I went on a Sunday at 1pm for a football game. They have a DJ and Pump Papa entertaining the customers.During commercials they play music. Pump Papa. He is hilarious. I loved it. He says " move the chain move the chain move the chain" lolWednesday's they have karaoke night.They recently reopened so they are short on staff. I'm sure when things get back to normal the place is going to be a success.The food was great.They have a terrace in the back which is lovely when Miami is not sauna. There's a nice breeze. There's a lake in the back and you can see turtles and fishes.Good times. Thank you~MartikaPlaced closed.

The first time we went it was a great time - good food, friendly service - the next two trips and diminishing returns.

I give it 3 stars ? because its menu is not very varied, and the prices are high for strong dishes?The most beautiful thing is the landscape ?☀️

Not surprised to see this place is closed. Horrible service all the time, usually empty yet takes forever to get a server. You can see them at the end of the bar standing around on their phones for 10 minutes at a time. Management and some form of standard procedures needed to be replaced and updated. This place could be so much better.

FYI: I looked this up and it said temporarily closed. However, when I drive by the location, there was a very large for sale sign on the building. So I believe this location is permanently closed and not just being remodeled based on the large for sale sign. Just wanted to share with others.

After not going to Bokampers for at least a year , we decided to give them another chance and go to watch the football game 11/27/2022. I'm so sorry I went. The service has not changed, dismal! We sat at the bar and it was literally 5:30 min before we were even noticed by the bartender. We ordered 2 drinks and then they forgot us. The bartenders didn't ask if we needed water, something to eat, or another round. So we left cash for the tab and left. Never again will we go back.

Wow... Honestly this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had dining out. The food, timing, and service were all absolutely terrible. Our group ate outside. The large fans were barely moving, so we were all incredibly hot and sweaty being outside.

The "waitress" never even offered or brought us waters. One of the managers had to bring our silverware after we had received our appetizers, because we never received any. We had ordered a chicken quesadilla...and received it when the entrees came out. Kind of a moot point to have it as an appetizer. The egg rolls were pretty good, nachos were average. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich but it was soaked in a very sweet sauce so I couldn't taste anything else. My husband had the cheesesteak sandwich and the "steak" was stringy, tough and tasteless.

My cocktails were so weak I think they were just sugar water. My husband was served 22oz Guinness with 3-4 inches of foam at the top... This happened twice with no apology from anyone or anything being taken off the bill. The rest of our group were offered really foamy and off-tasting beer. The server didn't even bat an eye when they pointed that out.

Our tables were stacked with dirty dishes as no staff were willing to clear it for us. The staff members congregated around cash register joking around. We were at the restaurant for 2 and a half hours but only had 2 drinks each because the service was so slow and inattentive. Our waitress didn't even bother to ask us if we wanted refills. At the end of the meal, the waitress dropped our bills and left. No smile or "thank you". I guess we interrupted her day of doing nothing. Don't worry, we won't be back.

Food was below average and not at proper temperature. Eating surfaces are sticky. Business was down, presumably due to bad experiences. Plenty of potential to be better.

Alway a pleasure to dine with Bokampers. Food is always on point, especially the Bo’s wings, drinks and great atmosphere to watch sporting events.

No workers outside. 20 min wait to ask for our drinks. Food was good though.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, PLEASE DON’T GO HERE. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE S#!T SERVICE. Today I had the worst restaurant experience of my life at Bokampers Miramar. I would give NEGATIVE stars if I can. We came to watch the FIFA World Cup finals game and got seated before 10:00am. We were not approached once by the waiter and DID NOT EVEN GIVE US WATER TO DRINK. The waiter clearly saw us sitting at our booth and pretended like we did not exist. He went to EVERY SINGLE TABLE around us, took orders from them, gave them their meals while he did not even approach us or bring us water. After 50 minutes of being seated, I had to chase down the waiter to complain that he did not approach our table. After ANOTHER 15 MINS, he comes back with water and took our order for food. The food did not arrive at our table until 12:30pm which was at the end of the game. WHAT IN THE WORLD IS THE POSSIBLE REASON FOR OUR TABLE TO GET OUR FOOD TWO AND HALF HOURS LATER WHILE EVERY OTHER TABLE WAS BEING SERVED? At the point the food was dry, cold and the waiter told us that he had to reheat the food because it was out in the open. Our experience was already ruined and we requested the check right away- which was the only thing that was brought quickly. We were absolutely disrespected, humiliated and unfairly singled out and treated horribly for no reason. We also saw an African American family that also had to chase down the waiter to get their order in. While we are at it, the management is also garbage- no initiative to address customer concerns. If you care about having a good time, especially if you are people of color, please do not go to this establishment- there are plenty of other fine establishments that will care about your experience and will not disrespect you. I used to go here in the past with friends but will never set foot in this place again
