Poor service, gave orders to customers who came in after our pickup time for our online order who ordered on the kiosk well past our supposedly pickup time for food. Made the beyond burgers inedible by over salting them. Refused a refund and offered 20% off the next visit, lol.
Our local Burger Fi in Lake Nona FL thought it would be a good idea to hold a car meet from 9PM to Midnight with a “Revving Contest” and hundreds of cars racing through residential neighborhoods. The noise was insane along with very dangerous driving all around. Whoever at corporate thought approving this with a “2 Step Contest” needed to google 2 Step before approving it. Will not be going back there again.
We came to Fort Wayne Indiana yesterday from Ohio for me to make a purchase at one of your local shops there and ended up going BurgerFi to eat before heading back to Ohio. First time ever eating there.Myself and my husband both really enjoyed, the hamburgers were phenomenal and the fries were just as good. I would recommend this place if anybody. BurgerFi definitely needs to bring their establishment to Ohio especially northwest Ohio.

BurgerFi offers the BEST burger experience with exceptional service. Despite the slightly higher prices, the burgers are worth every dollar and beat big brand chains like McDonald's and Burger King. The burger was done right, and everything was nice and hot. Staff like Jerbrill go above and beyond, making customers feel welcome with great personality and manner. The burgers are one of the best ever, and the Oreo shake was supreme. While the fries are mediocre at best, the sweet potatoes are a better choice. The store is clean, and the staff gets the food done fast. Some locations may have occasional misses, like forgotten sauces or less-than-full coleslaw, but the overall experience remains pleasant. BurgerFi is a great spot for fundraising events, and many customers look forward to coming back again. Parking is plentiful in front of the new Publix.
