They are very stingy with their portions, especially with online orders. You ask for more, the staff gets upset. Went through the chipotlane and I was there waiting for 10 minutes, so I had to go inside. But when I went inside they told me I needed to go through the lane and refused to give my food to me in person.
service was terrible. I’m latina, and these older latin women were straight up rude and condescending. the one who seemed to be the manager running the cashier had a terrible attitude and made it seem like any little request I had was the biggest burden. I almost felt like they were laughing at me? Safe to say I will never go to this location again. If you’re going to be such a downer at work, then maybe you shouldn’t be working there.

This is my second time going to this location and this experience was just as bad as the first. The manager is rude and unprofessional. None of the workers and speak English and she does not speak Spanish. So it's a communication nightmare between her and the workers, which gets passed on to the customers.
