This place should just stay closed permanently, the whole staff is rude, the whole place is unkept, no amount of remodeling will fix this, the only way to fix this chik fil a is to change the lazy rude staff.
The outside lights are not working and none of the employees know anything about it. It’s nighttime and very dark outside restaurant. The chicken nuggets are not freshly cooked. The tables are not clean, there is trash overflowing in the trash bins. There is also a lot of trash on the floor throughout the restaurant. Do not go here if it is raining. They have you roped off in the long drive thru line and you cannot leave. Slowest service when raining because they do not have employees outside. I can understand that, but I can’t understand the fact that they rope you all in the drive they, leaving you no choice but to sit, wait, and order. It seems as if they were taking 10 minutes per car.
