I cannot explain how good this ice cream is, I mean seriously I crave it l!! Every flavor tastes exactly like its name. There’s one worker named Dutch and she’s the best (she usually works 11-5). She loads the ice cream up and always has a great attitude. My favorites are cotton candy, strawberry cheesecake, and peanut butter. They have every flavor imaginable and again they’re not shy on the portions. Make sure you visit cause you won’t regret it! BEST ICECREAM IN MIAMI ❤️❤️

Kenoya & Greg !!! We walked in party of ten! Sampled and sample and sampled lots of flavors!!!!! Let’s get into the vegan options (8 flavors) , sugar free options then regular ice cream flavors!!!!! Very tasteful! It’s a must visit!

Ice cream is good but the two young girls working there are rude. Asked for a spoon and instead of just simply giving me spoon she smirks in annoyance and asks her coworker if she put one in the bag. Coworker responded rudely and was rude the whole time she serviced me. Walked up to serve me with no greeting just staring waiting for me to speak. Another customer came in after me and she judged him, she yelled out “speak no English” and the guy spoke perfect English and wasn’t even Spanish. How disgusting

Every single time me and my daughter come to Cleveland’s Ice Cream, we leave happy. The customer service is absolutely impeccable and that’s honestly what keeps us coming back just as much as the ice cream. Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and very professional every single visit.

PETRIENA and KEIANNA are the ones who usually help us, and they are always amazing. They’re patient, friendly, and make us feel like valued customers every time we walk through the door. Their level of consistency is ICONIC.

And let’s talk about the ice cream… it is always fresh, delicious, and consistently great. It never disappoints. It’s hard to find a place that delivers this level of quality and service every single time, but Cleveland’s does exactly that. Highly recommend!

Love the ice cream here. Truly a treat with all of its flavors to choose from. Love the vegan also! You have to try all of them at least once.

Delicious ice cream and very friendly staff. We had the Vanilla Brownie, with tasty chunks of brownies, and the Pralines'N- Cream, simply delicious.
Portions were hefty. So glad we decided to try it!
