My husband and daughter Ordered hot cakes and sausage with an extra patty sausage, Mcchicken, french fries and a medium sprite soda.My husband is a Dialysis patient and He had to use the restroom. He advised an employee the men restroom was not clean and he had to use the restroom. Employee told him to walk across the street to Dunkin Doughnuts. My husband proceeded to state he is an dialysis patient and couldn't walk there. Then the employee said use the women restroom. My husband didn't want to use the women reatroom but he had know choice he had to use it. I am pissed. And that is only the half of it. I called Is corporate. Waiting for someone to contact me

They are in service industry,Found few Very good staff with good service @shaira , @juhi , @vineetaAnd some staff who couldn’t even smile and attitude as they might be managers or directors @Nidhi and @savitaOverall food ? atmosphere ?Few service staff needs to be taught that they are not managers of customers , they need to smile and give a positive vibe to customersNot available , cannot do it , all this can be spoken in a nice and smiling way , that is when service industry works to the best

They’re always doing something weird. This worker poured ice and water from a different cup into my soda and gave it to me. I can’t believe I even tasted it but it was warm, flat, watered down. They can’t even serve soda correctly.
