McDonald's has a mix of service staff, some are very good like Shaira, Juhi, and Vineeta, while others like Nidhi and Savita lack in attitude. The drive-thru is preferred due to a rude manager during the day. However, a kind and helpful manager allowed a customer to charge their phone in the back when the lobby was unexpectedly closed.
