“Had a great experience at Dumpling King yesterday night february 01, 2024 for my birthday is the 3rd time i been there with my husband.The food and dumplings were great along with a bubble tea drink, but most of all the young new waitress that was there i never saw her before, was the best so kind and helped me in everything she is really fast i loved that i want her to serve me next time , it was full of people and she manage with everyone alone in a beautiful manner and respect and nice smile. thats the attitude we want in a restaurant. the other the cashier a bald one it was ok but he needs more nice attitude . Its good concept to hold down the cost for this valued meals. Will be a repeat. I highly recommend this place in pembroke pine“

“Food is fresh and home made. Delicious. My mom is very hard to please but she was very impressed with how fresh the noodles were as well as the pork buns.

I loved all the smoothies and teas. My brother got passionfruit and I got strawberry, they tasted like they put real strawberries in the blender without the added syrup most places put.

The butterfly Litchi tea at 50% sweetness was just perfect for me since I am diabetic and didn’t want it too sweet.

Our server was attentive and friendly. The place was quite empty and the storefront is next to a very sad looking Regal Cinema movie theater in the more vacant part of Paraiso Parc Shopping complex.

A-1 Noodles is truly a hidden gem. I don’t know why this place isn’t packed with patrons because the quality of the food is top notch. Hopefully their business is mostly pick up orders.

The decor is lacking and the employee stuffing dumplings on a nearby table is similar to many old fashion chinese restaurants which usually turns me off to the place but I can’t dispute the quality of hand made noodles and home made rice buns. My mom vowed to come back (which is a big deal coming from her).

I wasn’t too hungry so I ordered the miso ramen which had a perfect soft boiled egg in a large bowl of al dente noodles.

My mom and brother got the flamed ramen and they said the heat on the spicy noodles was just hot enough to make his nose run (for spicy food lovers, that is the sweet spot).

We all picked braised pork belly for our ramen which had the right amount of fatty savory protein for the soup.

My brother chose beef dumplings and he said it was good. They picked the right way to do beef by using a ground beef instead of shredded beef so it doesn’t get too dry.

I can’t wait to try other dishes with my sisters next time. It is so close to home too, so you can shop at Costco, Publix, Ross and have a nice noodle meal. I do want to try their japanese curry rice though, and my cousins like Korean food so they can try that too.

The menu is not huge but they have a little korean, japanese, thai and chinese. I am definitely getting thai donuts on the next trip. I got too full on smoothies and teas this time.“

“This is our go to pho place. We always get the P5, the broth spot on every time. Make sure you try it before you add anything to it. Henry runs the place, might take a minute to serve you, but he always does an amazing job. He always gives plenty of basil which is a major plus. Banh Mi sandwich is also really good I get the grilled pork. We also heard that the pancake appetizer are good but we haven’t tried them yet. Highly recommend this place, we are frequent visitors. Their take out pho is also really good.“
