Food is usually good but like many others have said I wouldn't order roast duck again since it does tend to be really fatty and lots of bones. I do like the noodle dishes here. But I have to take a star away for one of the regular servers lack of English and poor customer service in general. Never even checked up on us throughout entire meal to see how we were doing and definitely no smile. Her service alone makes me want to never come back or at least not eat there again. Am a Chinese who grew up in Singapore so I am a fierce critic of authentic Chinese food. This place is run by Cantonese Chinese (including all kitchen staff) so you get the real deal. The roast duck was juicy and surprisingly very properly done - not oily, the right amount of doneness, and slight crispy skin. Tried Hong's for the first time. Legit Chinese BBQ with great options. We tried dumplings, three meat platter and fried rice. The duck, pork and chicken were all excellent. Good size crowd for a weekday lunch. Really enjoyed it and will definitely be back!
