I recently visited Pollo Tropical and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The food came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The chicken was juicy, perfectly seasoned, and had that unique grilled taste that sets it apart. The side dishes were also delicious, especially the rice with beans and the sweet plantains.

Came in for a quick dinner after a long day of work and was a bit indecisive. I received such great customer service, especially Christian who went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I wanted plus more. I will be coming back for pollo and Christian.
