The food was really good. We ordered chicken wings, grilled talipia, Mac cheese, collard greens and broccoli. The lady at the front desk that took our order wasn't friendly and very dry. The restaurant is nice but has strange sitting. One side has to pay for a waiter like it's a club or vip and the other side just grabs their food and sits down.
We've been to this location a few times, and I'm pleased to say that they've never disappointed. The food is always consistently good, and the service is decent. Just don't make our mistake and get the fried conch and the fried lobster (they're too similar). Somehow, this location is superior to other Lickings in the Miami area, so don't let subpar experiences at those other restaurants keep you from enjoying a good meal here.
Food is great! The service when you come is a hit or miss. I went around 1pm, not busy, no one in line however the young lady behind the counter (Aries/manager) sat on her phone for minutes before even looking at me to take my order. Once she looked up at me I asked was she ready and she gave me an attitude as if yes of course! Service like this will limit my visits to this place.
