We go there 3-5 times a year, usually for family or friends birthdays. Food is great, service etc but we took a Birthday Cake which we have done many times prior. We were asked if we wanted them to take the cake until after dinner and we thanked them and said yes. After sitting we were told there is a $15 cake fee, for taking the cake and cutting it so I asked for the cake back but the reply was we would be charged the fee anyway. Later they brought back the cake (uncut) they sang Happy Birthday to our 15 year old and we cut and served the cake. They did charge us the $15 fee and I have contacted the company with my complaint.

The product that we bought was not according to menu and according to previous experiences. With the current pricing, approx. 60 - 70$/person you would expect to receive the full menu, instead of missing mushrooms, tea and ice cream.

Been going to this location for almost 20 years. This may have been the worst experience we have had. The female chef came out and within two seconds we could tell she did not want to be there. Her face just said how over it she was. She barely even wanted to cook everything on the cart. After she distributed some items and there were extras, instead of redistributing like theyve always done she just asked “anyone want this? Going once. Going twice.” Honestly she almost even skipped making the veggies at the end and seemed disappointed that half the table raised their hand and said they wanted them. No tricks. No jokes. I love the food here but i would have just sat at a normal table if i knew that was the experience i was gonna get.

We arrived 15 minutes before the reservation and they entered us 15 minutes later, they did not put napkins and any delay, the cook had to wait for them to pick up plates of soup and salads to start the delayed service.
Love to come here to celebrate special occasions. Specially when I get my $30 off coupon. The chef and server were nice, fun, on point possibly one of the best services I've had in Benihana. Food was amazing as always and had a great time.

Had a reservation at 8pm, I arrived at 8.05pm and was sat at 8.40. Waited at the table until 9pm for the waiter to arrive. Everybody at the table ordered food and drinks. Then nothing happened until 9.30pm, time I gave up and went somewhere else. I don't know if this location is specifically mismanaged but I can tell the place was understaffed. Too bad because it's an expensive restaurant and patrons shall be treated better. Will never go back.

The place was very noisy, but seemed short staffed. The waitress did not tend to the table at all (I needed alot of water for the salty food!). The cook was not very good and was sweating profusely (hopefully not on my food!). She did not look very experienced at her job The food was very salty and tasted like something you mess up at home with lots of soy sauce. The orders wre done incorrectly. At the same time, most dishes run for about $50 per plate. As you can tell, I am not going back there again.

Our waiter was very ignorant an didn't listen to our requests an was very nasty with attitude an we are loyal costumers we never had a problem but with her horrible service also the group that sang happy birthday were not even singing it was very bad birthday experience this year they were all acting like they didn't want to be working that night

The manager came to our table being extremely rude and hostile letting us know that the kitchen was backed up. The chef was in a rush to cook our food and all the food had black char. Do not go to this Benihana!!!!!!
We were having a dinner for my wife's birthday and the chef that we had was mad rude she was in such a rush to get everybody's food out of the way without even trying to make people enjoy there experience like it usual it is whenever I have gone to a Benihana..... never will I go to this location nor do I recommend it..
I really love the taste of the food however, they need more chefs every single time I go to this location no matter if I make a reservation or not I always have to wait a very long time.

Waited 10 minutes after my reservation. Then I was taken to the tables at the addition section. After about 20 minutes no one came to our table so we went to bar to get drinks while we waited. I have been coming to this Benihana for over 13 years. Unfortunately, the service is definitely not the same. And the new tables are pointless. Your server never comes. It's like they forget it's part of the restaurant.

Benihana used to have a lunch menu until 2 weeks ago and without any previous notice and still showing it on their page they decide it to eliminate it, and they don't even tell you when you make reservations, bill went from 200 to 400, at those prices nobody will go for lunch, service and food fine.

We waited 45 minutes to be seated! If you have a reservation, the expectation is that you will be seated close to that time, and we were not. We came close to walking out and going to the restaurant next door. However, the food was excellent!

We spent 5 hours there.... With reservations... all the workers were tired and quiet, didn't engage in conversation, they looked miserable and it reflected in the service... NEVER going back.
