This was a terrible experience. The minimal staff were doing their best to keep up. They were very clearly at a disadvantage. Broken ticketing system, out of condiments and various soft drinks. The 3 gentlemen who were running the place felt it easier to list off what drinks they actually had than to tell us what they were out of. It saddens me to see management care so little for their restaurant and for the evening crew to be the recipients of the short end of the stick. There was no shortage of apologies, but putting these guys in this position was just unprofessional. I love Burger King, and it bothers me to see it so neglected.

Everytime i have come here i get terrible service. Always forgets food. And certainly never even has most the food, Never has bacon OR even simply ranch. Or maybe too lazy to grab it. Tried to go inside and all the workers were sitting on their phones and it was locked. Replaced my 12 chicken fries with nuggets and didn't tell me and only gave me 10. Rude rude rude cashier and very trashy attitudes.

The king burger was cold, and it was the worst hamburger I have eaten there. Mgr wanted to give me a small HB not the one I ordered. I ask for no cheese the cheese had been melted on there awhile. This was around 2:;00 pm it should have been fresh. We ordered the 2/11.99 and a whopper jr meal. The coke and sprite tasted like water.Parking: Good no one was there.
Came in for lunch today and was helped by Nicholas. He was very friendly funny and patient with me. My order came out perfect. Thanks!!

I seriously think "work ethic and customer service" left the building a long time ago. This burger King should throw in the towel already. Honestly the level of service here is SHAMEFUL. Never going back.
