We always try to support our local food establishments and take care of our neighbors and friends. Conch City Catering (food truck) is one of our favorite go-to places for some really good food. Mr James and Mrs Grace are always friendly and they sure know how to stir up some awesome meals upon request . Stop in , say hi and place an order and don’t be scared to try anything on the menu. You’ll be glad you did. See y’all again soon.

I DO NOT recommend this food truck! I ordered the wing meal and they're so small that I can put them in my palm and cover it up. After one bite the whole wing is gone and when I finished my meal I was still hungry. The customer service is also ALWAYS horrible. I visited them during the worm festival in Sopchoppy and they were more interested in the attractions at the festival than taking my order. I've visited them on multiple occasions and leave unsatisfied each time. 0 stars if I could.

There are SO MANY words to use to describe Conch City!!! Mr. James & Mrs. Grace are the absolute sweetest!! They gave excellent recommendations & you can genuinely taste the pure love that pours into their cuisine!!We had the fried conch, seafood rice, fried okra, & fries.... DELICIOUS! The portions are enough to have leftovers.. though, with how good everything is you'll want to eat it all in one sitting!This was our first visit and Mrs. Grace & Mr. James made sure our tab was efficient so not to over charge. We got to sit right on the bed of our truck & enjoy our lovely meal.We really appreciate coming across such lovely people like The McGee's.

I wanted to take a quick second to extend my sincerest thanks for the service, compassion, and care myself and my family were given early the morning of April 2 upon trying to check in at the Econo Lodge. Intentions were to check in on the first and check out on the second with two rooms as we’re traveling with six people. We ended up not getting there till after midnight so went into the second and we’re only going to need about seven hours to try to sleep as we were on a very long drive. Traffic was horrible which was the reason for our late arrival and also the reason for the added stress arriving at near one in the morning to try to check into the rooms I had reserved. Upon arrival I was told I didn’t have reservations for that night and after some quick investigation found out it was due to my error booking the room for the 31st check in and to check out on the first instead of booking to check in on the first and check out on the second. My first concern was what are we going to do about sleeping and a close second was worrying about what looked to be a nonrefundable night and the possibility of being stuck paying double. Enter Danielle in Hubert who quickly found out what the issue was and assured me we would figure something out. Danielle then checked us in super quick on the new reservations we needed for the correct night, made sure that the keys were good and that we got in our room efficiently because they knew we were tired. This efficiency and all around obvious compassion for our situation calmed us down immediately. Their service and concern plus help to ease a stressful situation and getting us quickly into rooms that night also started us back on the right track. We appreciate them both so very much and you all are lucky to have people there that care that much about customers! It was even more unbelievable to me the amount of concern Danielle showed to try to make sure that we were able to get credited or adjusted so that our original payment did not have to be doubled up as we only got the rooms for one night. She followed up with me to let me know she was talking with Management to try to work it out and I did not have to follow up with her as she called me back at every moment she said she would and rectified it quickly. I cannot understate how much this means to myself and family to have a error on our part corrected and done with so much care and concern. This is the type of service that cannot go with out huge thanks as it is rare these days and is the deference maker in any industry. I am in customer service myself and to feel totally taken care of in every way by them is something that I will never forget and they should both be commended and celebrated for doing the things it takes to make each customer feel like they are the only one.
